[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washing machine last month and I continue to be impressed with it. It is easy to use and is so much quieter than my last front loading washing machine. The capacity is great, it washed a thick queen sized bedspread with no problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer were stacked and they are very stable and easy to use. Controls are fairly straightforward and automated. Some cycles can't be customized but you can select a different cycle and customize. Seems to use too little water but clothes come out clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer and stackable matching dryer to replace a much smaller 28-year-old "laundry center" that was finally done for. The new machines are great, with much greater capacity and of course many more advanced features. They hold the current highest rating in Consumer Reports. Our home is quite small, as is our laundry enclosure (a closet basically), but after careful measurement by the installers we determined they would fit -- with about 1.5" clearance on each side of the machines, and 1/8" clearance on top. We are very happy with the machines (and hope they last another 28 years).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My concerns are directed around the touch panel and the lack of back lighting and the touch buttons themselves. I had read the reviews about these issues but made the purchase based on the overall reviews and scores. Should LG listen to their customers and update the product accordingly they would have a top notch product. I do not think that Wifi is necessary but usability is.

The washer does an excellent job of cleaning the clothes. Only issue is that the drum makes a high-pitched and loud squeak whenever the drum moves, which is often during a normal cycle. I have had a repair service look at it and of course the washer didn’t squeak when they were at the house so I recorded the sounds on the next load and plan to call repair again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer purchased a few months ago! The settings make it easy to know whatever it is you are washing will be adequate in order to properly wash your items. It also allows you to change water temperature, spin time, and rinse amount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just brought our second front load LG washer and dryer as we remodel our laundry room. The old ones still work fine after 16 years. The new washer is very good at balancing heavy loads with no load unbalanced load vibration at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I moved into my house over 20 years ago, we inherited the washer and dryer left by the previous owners. Over the last year or so it was starting to become apparent that the dryer’s days were numbered. It would often take several cycles to dry an average size load. I’ve been using this new LG dryer for the past few weeks, and I have very little to complain about. There are plenty of drying cycles for just about everything. The capacity is more than sufficient for my wife and myself. The only complaint that I have so far is that the tone when the cycle is done is not very loud. Also I’m rather surprised that a light was not included. Despite this, I’m very happy with my decision to buy this dryer and I will likely get the matching washer when the time comes to replace it.

We bought this LG washer less than a month ago. So far, we've noticed that the LG seems to do a better job of cleaning than the washer it replaced. At the end of the cycles the washed items are also dryer than they were with the old machine, which means less time in our dryer. The LG appears to do a better job of automatically balancing the load during spin cycles. We're happy with our purchase.
