At 1 year and 3 months the dryer rumbled badly. Actually it started earlier but would then sound normal. The first repair visit said there was nothing wrong. The second visit the rollers were replaced. I did notice that the back of at least one of the rollers was completely packed with lint. Now lint collects on the back of the lint screen as well as the front. Please have your repair person back to correct this.

What we can say now is that it's amazingly quiet, quite energy-efficient, and a breeze to use. Our previous agitator washer periodically damaged our clothes. That hasn't happened with this one, and I don't expect it to.

As I was having trouble getting clothes out of my present machine, which was getting older just like me, it was big one very deep for this old lady. But she had been a good one. He even bought me a grabber but have you ever tried to pick up a wet towel with a grabber. It wasn’t pretty. Got a front loader with pedestals and I love it. I don’t fall in any more when getting my clothes out.

We bought the LG washer and dryer front loader about 1t months ago. My only issue was the lack of a "soak" setting until there was a crack in the washer tub. It'll be several hundred dollars, almost as much as the cost of a new washer, and no coverage after 1 year.

It has many settings that are easy and convenient to use and. It looks sleek and don’t not make a very loud noise which I love. It dries my clothes completely and does not ruin anything or leave anything damp.

Must wipe down seal, some maintenance with this washer that you do not have on top loaders, but worth it!

It does use less water, however it requires tub cleaning often to reduce a septic smell. Was GREATLY disappointed that I had to download and PRINT off the operating Manual. For the PRICE you pay, you should be GIVEN one. As of NOW, We love it. Sometime as it spins dry it does sound like a spaceship taking off.

We have the W/D for a month now and I feel like I still don't know how to do everything. I do know how to use the features I need. I worried with all of the "stinky" washer reviews but found with a little wipe of the extra water on the last load, and leaving the door open for a little while, I have not experienced any smells. I needed stackable as I am not tall enough for the higher heights, and cannot reach the drum easily to remove all the clothes. The clothes are remarkably clean and fresh smelling. The cycles are long but to my benefit. I like the convenience of the wash additions delivery drawer. All in all, great purchase.
