[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to buy a new washer, and LG has been very supportive in the process. They are helping me with my previous washer, as well as recommendations on this new washer. It is quiet, efficient, and was an easy installation. Washer is very easy to use. Great Features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having the appliance evil fairy visit my home and curse my dishwasher, my washing machine and two sewing machine, getting this Washing Machine and it's Dryer partner, saving me water and electricity, have saved the day! It works great, quietly and efficiently!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washing machine's manual was unclear on how to do certain things. The cleaning is good but often a second rinse is required to clear all soap from the load. Also, the machine is not very reliable. The door lock went requiring repairs that cost almost 1/3 of what the machine originally cost. I don't think I'll buy an LG washing machine again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While there are a few quirks learning this washing machine, it is worth the effort. Clothes come out clean and the spin cycle gets rid of a good deal of water, so the dryer has less work to do. The balance of the drum is excellent and there is very little vibration when spinning. Many washing options for any type of load you might have.

I have only had this machine for three weeks. I need to operate this thing for at least three months in order to be able to rate it. My experience has been that, these machines go bad right after the manufacters warranty expires. About three years. You are welcomed to ask for a rating then. The following rating is from when I first started using this product through the three weeks that I have owned it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved to a new home and needed a stackable washer and dryer set. After reading many reviews online we felt LG was our best bet. After delivery and set up we like our choice. Both the washer and dryer run great, Stacked well, no vibration and runs quite!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a short older short person and was finding it more difficult each wash day to get the clothing out of the top load wash (the sister to the front load I am now reviewing) Love my LG products. It has been a learning experience. I was finding water every few washes. It turns out you do need to use a smaller amount of detergent to avoid this when washing small loads. Even 1 pod of HE detergent is too much. I now switch between a liquid for very small loads and the 1 pod. Also you do need to layer the clothing as the manual says. It does make a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 20 yr old top loader that finally had its life drawing to a close, I got a recommendation from the repairman about LG front loaders and went for it, I love this unit, Uses less water and soap, easy to operate and spins the clothes to a point that I use less dryer time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm in love! My washer is quiet, cleans well, and wrings the clothes out so well that drying time is half of what it used to be! Plus, I never had a front loader before, so sometimes I just stand in front of it, and watch ;-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this last month, very easy to use as far as the buttons. Little disappointed even when using the heavy duty function, that’s 70 min of dry time, the hottest setting, still doesn’t get certain parts of the clothes completely dry. Overall, satisfied with the dryer.
