The drum is large enough to do my blankets and bedspread as well. I love the speed wash that it has. When the washer is running and spinning you can barely hear that, what a bonus. Hoping to have this washer for a long time to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer replaced a very old top loader so it’s an automatic improvement. Whites are significantly cleaner, so we’re happy w/that. However, we’re less than thrilled at how well it manages mixed light/heavy or all heavy (towels, jeans) loads. In a previous home we had a 20 yr old front loader that could handle any size load w/o off balancing, but this LG not only cannot handle heavier loads, the manual specifically instructs users to split larger loads. What is the point of a giant capacity, volume-wise, if it cannot handle the weight? We purchased based on ratings, including Consumer Reports, & had higher expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been great so far. All the controls are intuitive and Wash settings can be easily customized. The wash time is a bit on the longer side, but all of the loads we’ve done so far have come out great. And it appears to be gentle enough on the clothes so that all in all we’re very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this has been a good experience. Suggest that the instructions include more on how to use each cycle and especially how the pause button helps make changes. For me it was some trial and error but have finally figured it out

Gave it 4 stars because it’s a bit louder than I expected and I hate the musical chime when the load is finished. Haven’t been able to figure out how to turn this off. Seems to wash well and my clothes come out clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my old lg washer was great until I upgraded to this one. It gets our clothes amazingly clean with no wear and tear on material. The spin cycle gets so much water out of your clothes, which makes a lot less work for your dryer. Also the amount of water used to wash a load is amazing it hardly has to fill up. You never see water in the window! I love this washing machine!

I am on a well, that has run dry in the past so water savings is critical.i called customer service and was told that the washer uses around 3 gallons in both the normal, and speed settings this is great for me. very quiet! iam please with the quality so far.

White was right and the door size and swing was ideal. The installation was quick and the installers did a great job. It runs and dries perfectly and we couldn't be more pleased with the purchase.

This one spins even more water out of the clothing, so my drying times are shorter. I'm only giving it a 4 star rating because I honestly haven't had enough time with it to say I love it.
