The steps being a safety problem, we decided to relocate the laundry to the first floor. We shopped for several days before we found this LG washer and dryer with the features we wanted and a price within our budget. After reviewing and studying the directions of the nicest laundry equipment she has ever had, She loves it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front loader will set the washing time for you based on the heaviness of the load. I like that. It's very quiet. My appliance repairman recommends the LG due to the low number of service calls he has to make.

We replaced a failing 15 year old Bosch washer with this LG washer. At the time, I asked our appliance repair person for a recommendation for a new one and he immediately said “LG” This LG washer has proven to be efficient and amazingly quiet, leaving our clothes very clean and barely damp. I am able to wash bigger loads, and bedding that I previously had to take to my parents to wash. My old washer was 10+ years old so upgrading to this unit has been great!! I even noticed that my clothes are getting cleaner than with my old washer so that is definitely a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought my last washer in 1996, I tried to buy a front loader. No luck since these were not available for home use. With my new LG front loader I now see what I’ve been missing. The machine is quiet, uses little detergent and hardly any water and the laundry comes out clean with most of the water spun out. Now I’d like to update my 30 yr old dryer to the matching LG unit.

We researched a while before purchasing. Wanted a front load that was basic but built like a tank. Found great reviews for this set and it has not disappointed. Clothes come out great and the run time is very efficient. My first LG set and would definitely consider purchase of other LG products in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is leaking from door seal I had went online like they asked to fill a request to fix and it went in answered for weeks. Two times I called in and didn’t get the option to speak with anyone. I had finally found a number with asurion. They finally got me to live representative, and I was hung up on by the first one. Second one has tried to help me best they can, but I am told there’s no providers in my area to fix my washer, and they still haven’t given me a solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous washer and dryer set were Samsung. We had a few problems - our mechanic recommended LG and we are so glad he did. Love our new set. Took a bit of ingenuity to make our Samsung pedestals work - but, we did it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No problem so far with this dryer. I've used them when we received this dryer. It's a good and excellent product. Before we hooked this up to the gas line, we still hired a technician to do it. The delivery guys don't do it.
