[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so happy that I was finally forced to buy a new washer, when my old GE top loader leaked and wasn’t worth fixing anymore. Based on a Consumer Reports recommendation, I ordered this washer online expecting it in a few days or at most, weeks. Lo and behold I then got a message saying it would arrive in more than 3 months. I cancelled the order and found a local dealer (Tripodi Appliances in Port Chester NY) who had it available for a similarly reasonable price and I got it delivered and installed in less than a week. I’ve had the washer for 3 months and I’m extremely satisfied with it, especially after I discovered that you need to leave it open for a day to let it dry out so that it won’t stink. It’s much larger than my previous washer and there’s plenty of room for very large loads. I was surprised that it diagnoses the weight and size of the load to determine the wash time. Very impressive, if it’s not a gimmick. The wash comes out very clean and the spin cycle works extremely well. I’m saving a lot on drying time and cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a few years it started leaking from the soap dispenser drawer. New drawer but still leaks a lot. Film builds up on the inside and self cleaning cycle isn’t effective for taking off the film. We have been very careful with it but it’s apparently not made to last and I guess the “warranty” is only one year.

There are many wash features to choose from - my only complaint is the descriptions and choice of features are hard to see... wish the writing was larger. But overall its a great product and I'm very happy we went with LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our LG front load washer about a month now. My wife is thrilled with how well the clothes are being washed. I like that it operates very quietly. One very go convenience feature is the coin/ lint trap are located behind a small door on the front of the machine. A very well thought out machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for just over a year, and we are already having issues with it. It is super sensitive - can't have too much in the load, and we think it might be a drain pump issue? We have already had a technician come and look at it, but it is hard to diagnose what the issue is, because sometimes it will work just fine and sometimes it just sits a weak spin cycle for a very long time. We have to unplug it after we use it every time - that seems to be helping, but it is a very annoying thing to remember to do. I would NOT recommend this washer to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my LG washer and dryer set for 5 months now and have absolutely no issues with these machines. Both machines handled a large comforter with ease which actually surprised me. I have also noticed I can use very little liquid detergent to get a clean wash. I will also add, these machines are very attractive. I LOVE my LG’s.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third front loader and By Far the best one yet. We have had this for about a month and I couldn’t be more pleased. It is Very simple to use no guess work at all. Even my husband (who is electronically challenged) figured it out in short order. My son and his wife raved about their machine so when we needed one THIS IS IT. And it’s quite as a mouse. Wash couldn’t be cleaner it even got out some old dingy spots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does a good job. Had to have it replaced in first 2 weeks due to the fabric dispenser not dispensing the fabric softener. This one doesn't completely dispense it but does a better job than the first one.

It replaced a more compact-sized one that died recently and I'm much happier with this than I ever was with the other one. This one is bigger, obviously, but works much more intuitively. It's quieter. It cleans great. The controls are easy to figure out and use.
