The clothes come out clean and almost dry. I always dry off the water which accumulates at the “lip” as well as the glass door with a washcloth... and then I leave the door open until the next use.

The large drum fits a large load and it is quiet even at high spin cycle. I might give this a five if I had it longer than two weeks so saw how well it held up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front-load machine’s buttons are organized in a confusing manner. The pause button is near a cycle name and the turn knob can be hard to figure out. You have to literally turn it to get the options to pop up.

We bought this, because it was 1 of the highest rated front load washing machines by Consumers Reports. Unfortunately, we keep getting de2 error code near the end of the wash. We have to power off, unplug, wait, plug in and select Speed Wash to finish. The error code always comes on near the end of the wash, not in the beginning. There is a defective sensor that requires replacement by LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for another LG that gave 14 years of good service. We were happy to see that there were new features and a larger tub. The downside happened the first time we tried the "Delicates" setting. Each time we tried it we got an IE (input error) message. After trying all the items in the manual I called customer service and the agent essentially read me what was in the manual. Since that didn't clear the problem they shipped a replacement unit. The second unit works fine except it also gives an IE error half way through the Delicates cycle. We have had no problems with any other cycle so it is hard to understand why we have an input error only on that cycle. If not for this issue we would love the machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Learning how my new washer works. I had some problems and had to call in for help in how to work with my washer. The young lady who helped me was so helpful and patient. My one concern now is when I wash my bathroom rub which is oversized I have to run it over a few times to spin all the water out of it. I do enjoy the way the machine can determine weight of the load and adjust accordingly. The machine is very quiet and cleans very well.
