I bought this washer a month ago and I am disappointed. It’s loud and I can only do small loads for towels at a time or it blows a fuse and shuts off mid cycle and I have to start it over which takes another hour to wash the towels. When it spins it shakes the floor and the salesman never told me I have to drain it every time I do a load or risk it flooding.

Although it does not have as many features as some of the more expensive LG models, it has more than enough for all of our needs. If you are looking for a well-built, easy-to-use washer, this is it!

The LG washer and dryer are quiet, get my clothes clean, and dry quickly. I trust they will last more than 10 years! So far, I never have to think about them - just put dirty clothes in and then get clean clothes out. Definitely worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this machine about a month ago and I like most of the features. The machine should rotate at the end of the cycle to eliminate most of the wrinkles. My other washing machines always did that and they were not an LG brand.

Finally tried a gas dryer after having an electric dryer for years. I am glad I made the change as my clothes dry faster. The medium heat setting on LG is enough to dry one load of clothes after 20 mins. I'm glad I made the switch and trusted LG for my transition

A repair visit told us the PCB had stopped working and we would need to replace it. The part was not available. LG offered us a partial refund.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for a year now been repaired 3 times and still does not work properly. Lg does come out promptly but it a shame the washer tears up my wife’s clothes rips up the elastics in her shirts and under garments

I've had my washer for over a month now and I am totally happy with it. It actually replaced my 13 year old front load LG washer. I never had any trouble with my old washer, it was just time to replace it. I am really happy with my LG washer and dryer.
