[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new LG washer (and dryer) set! I can wash my comforter with room to spare! Unfortunately, the sound is no longer working, and I liked hearing the tune once the washer was finished! I can’t unplug the washer to reset it due to the location of the plug, but other than that- it works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had it about a year and it does a very job with cleaning the clothes and accommodating largish loads. The one area of frustration is the extent to which it needs to be cleaned inside to keep it smelling fresh. Once a month for the cleaning powder and once a week to drain the small hose. New to me to have to do those.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this item as a convenience for myself and my wife. It had very simple and easy to understand inputs. It is very quiet, even when spinning out. Our old top-load washer was so loud that it was hard to talk or hear the TV when it was in the spin cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new machine!!! It is so much quieter than my old machine, which is important in a small apartment. The clothes come out clean and almost dry. I always dry off the water which accumulates at the “lip” as well as the glass door with a washcloth... and then I leave the door open until the next use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer for a family farmhouse that we visit on occasional weekends and holidays. At my house I recently bought a Maytag. Now I wish I had the farmhouse washer at my house but I can’t justify replacing a washer I only bought last year. Thus I have washer envy.

When our washer quit, I read all the reviews and chose the best value for our money. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I was happy with my previous front loader, but this one is 10x’s better. I absolutely love it. It fits our comforters perfectly and they come out clean, smelling fresh and new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased another LG front load. My first one lasted 16+ years. I didn’t even consider another brand. Quiet and uses very little water. Extreme efficient. Clothes smell clean and are not wrinkled when I unload them. We have quite a few LG products in our home and will continue to purchase the LG brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several LG products, two televisions, a microwave, and a refrigerator-and they are all excellent! When I needed to replace my washer and a dryer, I certainly looked at other brands. But I always come back to LG. And for good reason! Like my other LG appliances, both these machines are excellent! I love the ease of use, the customized settings, and the large volume of clothing and bedding that can be done in one load! Not only do these machines save me time and work, they do a beautiful job! The washer saves energy, water, and eliminates the stress of trying to wring excess water from large items that my old top-loading machine could not completely remove. And like my washer, my dryer has customized settings as well. All of my clothing and bedding is dried automatically and correctly timed according to the needs of the particular items. Both my washer and dryer are wonderful products and completely live up to the reputation that LG has most deservedly earned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the washing machine for about two months now. It is very efficient and has lots of settings that you can adjust depending on what you are washing. It is a little difficult to clean animal hair from the door seal area.
