[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer but temperamental door. Regular maintenance is required to remove lint from door gasket and care must be taken to not overfill the soap tray. This machine is designed for low water Low soap use so owner needs to know how to use it.

The washer and dryer are so quiet which is a huge benefit now that I've been working from home. Don't have to worry about the washer dryer making loud background noises if I'm going to call into a meeting.

It has different labels on the types of wash loads than my old machine and I am still figuring out the best settings. Happy that is is quiet when running, spins out all the water possible, and has a lovely chime when done. My cat loves her LG washer and dryer.

I found that I could buy almost the same machine, but with the latest features and improvements. I'm sure when I must replace my dryer, I will also go with LG brand!

We initially didn’t remove some bolts that needed to come off and it sounded like a rocket was getting ready to launch but after we contacted LG they helped us figure everything out and it’s been great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my first LG washer about five years ago and I was very pleased with the washer, I also bought an LG dryer at the same time price was right. Well the dryer went about a year ago and I was happy with it so I bought another one just like it to replace it and for the LG washer well the drum went in that so what did I do, yes, I went out and bought another LG washer just like to old one. LG makes a good product, but it's how you use it that makes a difference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of using brutally tough agitating top loaders, my break came when finally our formal machine broke. I had used a neighbors front load washer and was extremely impressed by the gentle, yet beating action on the clothes. Our formal washer used 45 gallons on medium wash cycle which was just wasted into the drain, our new LG uses approximately 4 gallons for the appropriately sized laundry. It spins so quickly, the laundry almost comes out dry which reduces the time in the dryer to 15 minutes. Watching the machine "think" as it balances a load is incredible, as well as the incredibly quiet motor makes for a pleasant conversation piece. Most of all, it has the most cycles and diverse washing options and it is homemade close to where I live. That means a lot to me knowing my purchase made a difference in my community.

At this point it does everything we wanted, dries much quicker and better than our old model and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. We’re hoping that our good fortune continues and it turns out to be a terrific investment.
