One added benefit is that I only need to use about a tablespoon of detergent per load. I used too much the first time, and I needed to do two extra rinses to get rid of the suds.

This happened two days after I had brand new carpeting installed in the two bedrooms! Luckily for me, my Angels arrived within 15 minutes with cleanup equipment and mitigated the loss to 10 yards of carpet pad and re-laying part of the flooring in the bathroom (W/D are in the hall bath) my W/D are still sitting in my living room after 2-1/2 weeks and my hardwood flooring is arriving this morning! it will be installed next week and I still don’t have a day for the LG serviceperson to come out!

Arranging a service call under warranty was easy, repair person showed when scheduled, and new piece is in order. So far it has been easy to take care of, but I’m a bit disappointed my new washer already broke. I do an average of one load a day.

It is able to fit king sized comforters and blankets with ease. The only thing that I am a bit frustrated with is that the people who installed it did not leave me with the transits bolts for moving purposes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our LG wash machine about one month ago. There were a few delays on our part such as plumbing hook up problems. I can say now that the machine has been in use, there are no regrets. The machine replaces our old LG after seventeen years. The new machine is so much faster and very quieter. It did not take very long to figure out how to operate the numerus control options. We hope to get the similar performance due to LG's reputation.

I really liked the old washer, but love the new features of this washer such as the heavy duty cycle. It does a great job of cleaning my clothes; spins so well that my dryer time is less; and this washer is super quiet compared to my older one.

I have to say also that the service that I was provided by the 2 young men that delivered and installed my washer was fantastic! I have been a customer of LG products for approx. 15 years so the choice was easy! LG is a great quality brand and I recommend this brand to everyone!

This us our second version of this washing machine. Our last one went strong for 14 years before calling it quits. The new version has a slightly smaller footprint and is even quieter than our prior machine. I was so happy to see that LG still made the same washing machine!

As I was having trouble getting clothes out of my present machine, which was getting older just like me, it was big one very deep for this old lady. But she had been a good one. He even bought me a grabber but have you ever tried to pick up a wet towel with a grabber. It wasn’t pretty. Got a front loader with pedestals and I love it. I don’t fall in any more when getting my clothes out.
