[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a Maytag Bravos, six yrs old and the drum bearings went out, never did like it, wouldn't clean a thing so we went and picked up the LG front load, what a difference in cleaning, the simplicity of the settings are great, it is a bit loud when it goes into the high spin cycle but it's ok for us as it's in the basement, the medium setting is much quieter. It's a great front load washer and as of right now no complaints.

It gets the clothes clean but I miss my old washer that was simple to use. I never use the I I don't use Normal setting because it won't let me change any defaults. I mainly use the Towels setting so I can use hot water. I like the Speed Wash for place mats. The lint filter at the bottom is a major inconvenience. There is never a speck of lint in it and I don't have a pan low enough to catch the water that gushes out.

Doesn’t clean well on quick wash. If you use fabric softener you can’t use quick wash or else you get stains. Also don't use pods on quick wash as they won’t disintegrate and will cause stains. We have had less than a year and the drum stopped spinning. Followed all instructions to clear the error and have had to wait over two weeks for an authorized service rep who is coming out this Tuesday.

I was skeptical with a front loader as I have never purchased a front loader before, but it exceeded all my expectations ! I Love it so much that I'm looking for more clothes to wash!!

We have had the LG washer for a little over two months. Still cannot figure out how to set many functions. Instructions are not helpful . For example still cannot set time to do a small load or to prewash a few very dirty items. Cannot stop cycle once it starts. Instructions are

I purchased my new washer in 25-Nov-2023 and noticed a couple small dents on lower right side of machine. The first couple times I used it I noticed a small puddle of water on floor in basement as there was a drilled hole in floor for dryer gas line directly behind washer. When I investigated further i found a small puddle of water at rear of machine. I determined it was coming from the drain filter at the front of the machine. The filter basket wasn’t completely installed all the way in so where the basket wasn’t sealing properly. Since then the machine hasn’t leaked and is working fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last washer was also a LG and I really liked it and this is why I purchased this newer washer. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles my last one did, and takes a lot longer to run a cycle, but maybe that is the way they are nowadays.

The tub is large enough to handle large and bulky loads. It is great that it also adjust by weight for smaller loads as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this on the basis of previous reviews, and I must say I echo them. This washer has everything we need and nothing we don't. And it performs reliably load after load. We especially like how well it spins compared to our previous washer — clothes come out much dryer...without the need to frequently rebalance loads that we previously experienced.
