Capacity is my favorite feature. Paired with the highly efficient spin cycle on the “paired” washer I find drying time is greatly reduced from my prior dryer. I wish this dryer had a “touch up” cycle for ease but can live without it. Overall, have yet to realize professed cost savings (only had for 2 weeks) but expect this dryer will live up to professed savings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine. It replaced a more compact-sized one that died recently and I'm much happier with this than I ever was with the other one. This one is bigger, obviously, but works much more intuitively. It's quieter. It cleans great. The controls are easy to figure out and use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG product. I bought this washer just a few months ago and so far it has done a wonderful job at cleaning my clothes and bedding. I am so pleased at how clean, yet gently my queen sized quilts and comforters were washed. I have also been pleased at how well all the loads have spun, including all the bedding. I am seriously thinking about buying all LG appliances in the future.

My purchase was replacing the existing LG washer. Often many models needs to replace both washer and dryer, but the existing dryer was still compatible with existing bracket to reuse. I only had to replace washer. It's LG washer. I think it is best class on the level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer dryer combo a few months ago, they work great. Gave it 4 stars because the computer board cover wasnt snapped on properly and it did enough damage to the wires going to the drain pump that it had to be replaced and I was without a washer for 2 weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this machine for a couple of months now. It cleans very well, even on the speed wash cycle. We have noticed at least a 50% difference in less dryer time. We have also noticed almost no lint in the dryer. All the features we have used so far work exactly like we thought/hoped they would. Would recommend the pedestal if your not going to stack. We are in our late 60's and figure as good as this product works it will be the last one buy.

I recently got a new place hat came with appliances and this dryer was part of it. It dries pretty quick and well. I've had electric dryers which definitely take longer to dry. I really like this dryer because it's easy to use but I wish it had a de-wrinkle option when you leave your clothes in the dryer and they get wrinkled if you don't put them away right away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine would not spin correctly and after two days of trying to level it, etc., I called and decided to get a different brand of machine. Didn’t expect to have to wait 2+ weeks for a pickup of old one and even more for delivery of the new one. I was and am still very put out by this defective machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG washer works fantastic. Washes very well, spin drys excellant (I reduced the dryer time by 5 minutes). Vey quiet and numerous options. The new LG replaced an older similar LG. I also have an LG dryer and two TVs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the washer for about a month. So far so good. First experience on front loaders. I really do like them. I don't know what took me so long to buy them! I feel like my clothes are actually get clean with these modern HE machines. My tip loader I never felt like my cloths where getting clean. Never saw suds or much water to agitate to clean. These front loader the slosh around in the water and suds.
