[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My concerns are directed around the touch panel and the lack of back lighting and the touch buttons themselves. I had read the reviews about these issues but made the purchase based on the overall reviews and scores. Should LG listen to their customers and update the product accordingly they would have a top notch product. I do not think that Wifi is necessary but usability is.

I've used this washer for just short of a month now and I love. The front end feature uses less detergent and less water. The laundry gets very clean and spins more water out than our previous washer that reduces dryer time. The 15 minute cycle is perfect for those not so dirty clothes. This was a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our LG wash machine about one month ago. There were a few delays on our part such as plumbing hook up problems. I can say now that the machine has been in use, there are no regrets. The machine replaces our old LG after seventeen years. The new machine is so much faster and very quieter. It did not take very long to figure out how to operate the numerus control options. We hope to get the similar performance due to LG's reputation.

Best purchase of my year! My old washing machine kept overflowing, it wasn't getting smells out of my teens clothes, and there was only 1 setting it worked on. But I hate spending money so I put off buying a new one for over a year. I bought this washing machine after a ridiculous amount of research into what I wanted and needed. The reviews were good and the price was spot on. The only complaint I have is that I waited so long. This thing washes beautifully! It's stable, big enough to handle bulky bedding or an oversized load of towels and clothes come out smelling lovely. I don't have to used very much detergent and the water usage is a fraction of what I had been using for laundry. I very very happy and satisfied with this purchase - highly recommend

Bought this in September 2022, I absolutely love it! My husband and I are retired, our cloths are not considered dirty just daily worn clothing. I love the option of the speed wash, it’s long enough to wash your cloths without it running for over one hour. It’s a added plus to the many selections on the LG machine. Plus the drum is nice and large to fit my king comforter. Excellent purchase.

The owner’s manual is terrible. It doesn’t have all the necessary information. The control panel on the washer is not intuitive at all. I wanted to change the water temperature for a cycle I chose and didn’t have a clue how to do it. I had to go to YouTube to get the help I needed. The washing cycles are incredibly long. 93 minutes to wash one load! I don’t call that energy efficient. I wish now I had lurched a different brand of washer.

Purchased this when our old washer broke. The best idea we have ever had! I adopt special needs animals, and I have to wash a lot of bedding with animal fur and this washer really does such a great job at making things clean, smell fresh and have no fur any longer. Filters are so easy to clean. All of the settings are super customizable for any items of clothing.

I had to completely take the dry apart to put the propane orifice. You could make a dryer that is a lot easier to change the orifice, or sell one with it already installed. I would have to give you a 0 rating on that part. I would not recommend the dry to someone I know unless they were going to use gas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machines are two weeks old and work as I need them to. Generally, I feel an appliance should make life go as expected so you can function. This does the job. I find the washing machine holds a little more than my previous machine so that towels a more moist when I pull them out of the washer. I don’t have this problem with other load types. I am frustrated with the buying process. The liability issues that arise if you purchase the pedestal after the the washers. I wish I were more impressed with the machine but I would be worse off without it.
