I did remove the liquid soap (totally unnecessary in my opinion) dispenser insert because I use washer sheets. The machine washes well and is very quiet. I also like the rinse and spin cycle. It is very convenient for hand wash items.

This model had all the features we needed plus a bunch more. Now I am congratulating myself for making such a good choice. The washer is super quiet, cleans exceptionally well, and is easy to use. But the only issue is the washing cycles are alot longer than normal cycles (for example the normal cycle is 55 minutes, which is alot longer than a normal 30 or 45 minute washing cycle). But it operates quite well and it is energy efficient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been very happy with this washer. It would be nice if after a wash load finished, if the display would say end, instead of going dark. If you do not hear the sound with the load, finishes, you might forget that you have a load just sitting in the washer.

The delicate cycle has never worked! It vibrates so loudly that it can be heard all over the house. It is almost impossible to use the "extra" settings easily - eg the rinse and spin button almost always causes a control lock response instead. Poor design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front loader will set the washing time for you based on the heaviness of the load. I like that. It's very quiet. My appliance repairman recommends the LG due to the low number of service calls he has to make.
