[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a month ago. Very happy with quality and performance. One drawback is accessing side vent discharge from both sides of machine. I bought a side vent discharge kit. I wanted machine closer to the wall and needed to discharge vent on right side of machine. Although there was a popouts on both sides of the cabinets for side venting, the placement of internal gas piping would not allow for side venting on the right side.

Favorite feature: large capacity with advantage of equally great cleaning. Spin cycles are effective and greatly reduce drying time needs. Have not had long enough to fully review for all feature and cost savings; while seems inline with noted expectations—have not had long enough to fully realize this opportunity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer in July 2020 and recieved it around August. Overall it works great and I pove the different settings it has. Only problem was the main board failed after only six months of usage. The warranty did take care of everything, but the parts took almost 2 months to come in.

I've been using this washing machine for a couple of years and have been completely satisfied. It cleans my clothes, but is also gentle on them. I use the cold or low temperature settings and everything comes out clean. I can wash large items, like rugs, The machine has bells and whistles, but also obvious options (e.g., gentle and normal cycles) so I can accomplish what I want. Very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know there are delays in supply chain so I don't hold that against LG but I had my washer installed in October. It started collecting water in the drum between washes. Being a vacation home I was not there all the time to manage. Repair guy said he had to replace the cold water something or other. LGs parts database is so difficult to understand he decided to order hot and cold parts because he couldn't tell which one was correct. TWO HOT WATER parts arrived, so he looked up part online to verify again and STILL GOT THE WRONG PART. Get it together LG - your products might be great (love the dryer) and are rated highly by many rating systems but if you can't make it clear about which parts to order in a time when it takes 4-6 weeks to receive a replacement the hard part should NOT be which part to order.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had the washing machine for about two months now. It is very efficient and has lots of settings that you can adjust depending on what you are washing. It is a little difficult to clean animal hair from the door seal area.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after doing research to replace a front-loader that had quit working. Much larger capacity than my last washer and that is great for household items, like King-sized bedding. Quiet performance and easy to program!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter talked me into a front load machine as I had trouble with my top load one spin dry cycles. No problem with this one. My clothes come out with very little moisture in them, so less time in the dryer. I love that feature!

We own other LG products we're happy with, but this was our first LG washer (and dryer). We chose this particular LG model because it was the only one of its capacity that would fit in our space. Thus far, it works fine. Our only complaint is that its door is NOT reversible. (We didn't realize that until after installation.) When transferring clothes to the dryer, the open washer door impedes what should be a simple and convenient process.
