Old leaky

After 20 months the dispenser leaks. No I do not have a build up inside the machine. Poor design and its well known. The gasket is clean.

Can’t clean the fluid pockets

Can’t get the detergent and additives pocket open to take out black deposit despite looking everywhere and emailing the company for instructions.
