I bought this over a month ago and have used it several times. It is a little noisy, but operates well and is quite large (I can't fit lots of clothes in it)

Not many wash options. Preset wash settings can't be changed, you have to pick different setting. For example if you choose normal, you can't have high speed spin.

Very satisfied with washer and its operation. Operating manual had NO information on the various cycles. Instead, it had a lot of info on using the wifi feature, a feature not included on the model we purchased. I had to find those elsewhere.
