Easy to Use

I bought this same dryer many years ago (10+) and unfortunately it stopping drying with heat and so I replaced it with its updated version and so far its easy to use and has heat!

Manual wash issues

We Bought this Dryer and matching Washer. Did not want to many electronics to add to possible issues. Would like to have more wash options that can be adjusted, Manual changes are not available on all wash cycles.

Broke down after two weeks service

Great machine!

I have been very pleased with machine. So much more user friendly than my old machine. Had to have a repairman come once (while under warranty) and I was very impressed how LG handled it; extremely professional and prompt. No complaints.

Great features

Great!

Error codes

I just purchased this washing machine a week ago and I am already receiving error codes on the screen. I cannot use my washer. Now I have to wait a week for a technician to come fix. I will never purchase another LG machine again.
