[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer a few months ago, and it’s been one of my favorite purchases. It holds a lot of laundry, and cleans thoroughly. I like the variety of settings, especially the quick wash. Overall, this had as been the best washer I have ever purchased.

Replaced my previous washer with another front load washer. I am short and 14 years ago I bought my first front loader and never had to struggle to get to the bottom of the washer. Also, I think there is NO twisted together clothing, there are less wringles and easy to load in the dryer which is the same height.

I am impressed with this washers high efficiency and quietness. Clothes come out fresh and nearly dry from the effective spin cycle. I'm happy to have an LG laundry room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m basically pleased with the washer. I previously owned a top loader. The top loader was capable of large loads. Even though this washer states it can handle a large load it can’t. I have tried a couple time. All my clothes do not come clean some don’t even get wet. That being said if you keep your loads medium to small it does a fairly good job.

There is only tap cold rinse available. Follow all detergent amount instructions, for a heavily soiled load. Run wash cycle. Then run Rinse & Spin and look in the window with a flashlight. Rinse water is gray with soap bubbles. Repeat Rinse & Spin ridiculously many times. Water is gray with soap bubbles. Cold water never actually gets all the detergent out. Nightmare for sensitive skin. How about running a hot wash cycle to rinse? There is only enough wash water to dampen the clothes, not rinse them. This washing machine needs warm/hot rinse. It needs "deep water mode" in general. It needs a soak cycle that can be set for 2-6-12-24 hours. On top of this, pressing the "Signal" button for 3 seconds is NOT turning off the obnoxious cell phone ring tone melody. Brand new -- is this a defective panel and I should exchange? How do I get a answer from LG on this?

Our previous washer and dryer were also LG and they were still working well after ten years. We took advantage of a great sale offer and upgraded to the new machines . Tgey are working well as expected.

I recently bought my first front load washer after my old top load died a watery death. So far, its been an easy transition to a front load. Its easer for me to get into and pull laundry out of. I'm a breast cancer/chest surgery survivor and under 5 feet tall, so a front load washer is an absolute game changer. I'm really enjoying it so far. ;:)

Best investment ever. This machine is so quiet. My clothes are so clean. I'm in love with this washing machine.

I bought this over a month ago and have used it several times. It is a little noisy, but operates well and is quite large (I can't fit lots of clothes in it)
