Not a good washer

I have owned other brands and LG seems to miss the mark on this one. It started off out of balance and noisy. To date it has never performed properly and remains a balance issue. Was repaired in first 30 days. Also it has no rinse and spin option, so when it is out of balance there is no quick fix. An expensive mistake.

Do not purchase this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this purchase. It barely wets the clothes and all it does is literally spinning the clothes almost dry! Even though I called LG, but it is not helpful at all. I would really love to return it if possible.

good product but quality not very goog

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer in 8/17/2022 only expired over 12 days the door seal rubber damage water leaking . because I didn't bought extend warranty I need to pauy to fix it . how come the warranty so shot at least 3 years will be ok. so disappoint even right now is long weekend no people's come to fix it have to waite around two weeks long

very noises

Stop working properly right outside of warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First washer I've ever owned. Lasted a little over a year. Washer will not properly clean the clothes. I've used the setting where I had extra rinse and I've done three washes in a row. The washer sometimes runs and then gives an error code and then I have to start over. I am looking to replace it already with another brand or a better model.

Nothing about what we were expecting

We bought 1.5 years ago, to many noise and vibration, the washer is level and continues vibration a lot in some cycles, I work under the sun so to much sweat and dirt, all the time my clothes start smelling so bad 15 - 20 minutes after I start working, nothing happened before when we had a conventional washer top loaded, we try with a few tide detergent up to full detergent and the result was the same. I do not recommend this washer. Today appears CL and in the manual say keep for 3 seconds the lock button and nothing happens, we call and is close, I hope tomorrow will be another thing.

We absolutely Lovit!

A good basic washer

I bought this about a month ago to replace my 15 year old washer that was malfunctioning. I didn't want some to the fancier gadgets or WiFi. This washer is fairly simple. In many ways I miss dials which stay set the way you like it. The defaults are always for warmer water than I would use among other things.

Does not discharge lint, it is left in the drum.

This washer does not discharge lint. The lint catcher that you use has no lint in it. I am a pet owner so this is a real problem for me. I called LG because I didn't want to write a bad review if it was something that could be resolved. They told me to use the "tub clean" function. There was plenty of fur in the drum but none was discharged. I just replaced my 25 year old front washer that always discharged the lint so I am not happy.

So much easier to use

I recently bought my first front load washer after my old top load died a watery death. So far, its been an easy transition to a front load. Its easer for me to get into and pull laundry out of. I'm a breast cancer/chest surgery survivor and under 5 feet tall, so a front load washer is an absolute game changer. I'm really enjoying it so far. ;:)
