I bought this two days ago based on consumer reports review. Delivered in two days; however, upon turning it on for the FIRST time displays a TE error code. Spent an hour with tech support and they are going to send a repairman, wait for it, for a BRAND NEW WASHER! Will update after the repairman comes NEXT week!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the best washer, does not drain all the water out sometimes need to re-spin, and can not set time I want either 11 or 13 min. Need to have instructions so you can learn what you can and can not do. The water stays in the detergent have to remove to get it out. (MOLD)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had one of these and I got used to using hers when I house sat. I got one for my own house. It has lots of features and is easy to use. What I like best is its very quiet when it runs and it plays a nice jingle when it's done.

I noticed several post regarding default temps. If you look under Support, Help Library, click on the washer pictures and them Standard Cycles it lists all the different cycles and the related water temperatures. Mine is being installed today so don't know how accurate this is, but its a start.

Controls are simple/quick and detergent, softener tray is very convenient. I'm very happy with the washer so far after three months of use.

Very simple and straightforward to operate, In addition to easily handling large loads, it handles delicates with ease. Love the air feature for fluffing, helps in removing animal hair.

I bought the washer oh about three months ago. I chose it for its size and type. I love front load washers. The only complaint I have about this washer is that an instruction manual didn’t come with it. I really don’t enjoy looking online to learn how to operate my machine As I need to refer to it to learn to use all the features. The instructions that I did get were not that helpful. This is huge for me. I did find one source on line for a manual and I needed to pay for it! Didn’t happen.

You just need to keep the filters clean and gasket area clean and it’s a nice machine.I had bought the matching dryer earlier and loved it so I decided to get the matching washer. If you maintain it it’s a good machine.
