[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Sometimes I find it cumbersome to get the settings I want, because depending on what cycle you’ve selected, you may or may not be able to get the other settings (i.e. temperature) adjusted where you want. But overall, a solid machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was skeptical at first to buy do to some bad reviews, but after buying water usage has gone down my clothes are cleaner and it uses less energy. You just need to keep the filters clean and gasket area clean and it’s a nice machine.I had bought the matching dryer earlier and loved it so I decided to get the matching washer. If you maintain it it’s a good machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in August of 2024 and am loving it! My clothes comes out clean, the washer takes less water and detergent than my old washer. Also takes less time to dry because the washer spins it drier than my old washer.

I wanted a good basic dryer & didn't feel that I needed some of the fancier features offered. I also didn't care about having another app on my phone. This one fits the bill but I wish that it was more flexible. I prefer to use low heat for most of my drying however for most of the sensor-drying settings, it goes to medium heat and it will not permit me to change it. In order to use low heat, I have to do a timed dry instead which is rather frustrating since my 22 year old dryer that I gave up let me set for what I wanted. It works well but I just wish the settings were more flexible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my "new toy" as my husband calls it! We have 4 adults in our house, and alot of laundry!! It is very easy to use has alot of different settings, so anything you need it is at your fingertips. The available setting of spin speed is wonderful! The higher the spin speed the better the clothes are wrung out, and the less time needed in the dryer!!

This washer does not discharge lint. The lint catcher that you use has no lint in it. I am a pet owner so this is a real problem for me. I called LG because I didn't want to write a bad review if it was something that could be resolved. They told me to use the "tub clean" function. There was plenty of fur in the drum but none was discharged. I just replaced my 25 year old front washer that always discharged the lint so I am not happy.

Not happy. Very difficult to learn the controls and what is possible, I can't easily find any good directions. Surprised that the 'Normal" load runs for 1.5 hours!! Unbelievable. The short wash seems too short at 15 minutes. Permanent press will be my go to I guess, at around an hour. Used to doing loads about 30 minutes. Then, no way to soak, if I press pause it turns off after a seeming short time. I feel like my clothes won't last long with these long loads and all that agitation. Delicate load is about 45 minutes, huh? Tried using the fast wash and got a hot rinse...? Still can't get used to the low water level. Don't put any powder soap on the drum, it will cake and not dissolve. Very disappointed that I'm married to this washer now. Need better directions, for a better initial experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the overall size and the flexibility with washing options.The front load is much better than the top load. The pedestal was a challenge to set up. The clothes don’t spin as dry as the old LG top load washer.
