Compared to old washer the cycle time is a bit longer but when the clothes come out of the washer they feel almost dry! The dryer time is cut in half! Saves $$ with my electric dryer!! Very Pleased with my new LG!

This machine works 24 /7 between my 3 dogs, 1 cat, and aging Mom who lives with me full time! I can count on my new LG to be there when I need it! Easy set-up and beautiful results every wash!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything on this LG washer works well. All the selections are proper for the differnet types of clothes, and they work well for each type. Works well with Tide Pods so no measurement guessing or additives needed.

I purchased this 3 years ago because I had a similar LG model for several years and never had a problem. So far, no problems with this one. The only thing I don't like about this one is that I really should have a pedestal to make it easier to unload--it takes quite a bend and reach to get all of the items out. Does a wonderful job, though.

This washer had the capacity I wanted and was priced right. Washes ok but the control panel is not user friendly, they should have added a backlight and charged a bit more. Also contrary to what on reviewer said, there is no custom button on the wm3500cw so you have to set the temps with each load. Also the book that came with it doesn't even give the default temps for all the settings and I don't believe hitting the cold wash button changes the rinse temps. I would avoid using some of the settings if I could find out what the defaults are for that setting. The link mentioned in the owner's manual that is supposed to give you a more detailed manual only gives you the same one it came with. Not even a picture of the control panel with what each button does. What I like about this washer is it is very quiet and doesn't vibrate the whole house like my last one. Nice tune when it finishes but unless you are standing right next to it, you won't hear it even on the loudest setting. If I were to recommend this to a friend I would also tell them about the down side.

I like the washer, but I wish the delicate cycle was a little shorter and the speed wash was a little longer. As far as getting my wash clean it is perfect. So far i would recommend this to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now had a chance to use the washer for 6 months. I do like how it cleans and find that my clothes seem cleaner. I do have issues at times with my towels and washcloths having an odd odor. I do like the features of the washer and the various choices to wash and the ability to change the standard wash cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago, I am overall very satisfied. My only negative item is that you need to dilute the fabric softener and some of my family members forgot and blue streaks running down on the outside of the washer(very hard to clean)

Horrible don't buy. For an expensive supposedly new technology washer I am SO disappointed! It stinks! I've always had frontloaders but this one is by FAR the worst for Stink & my clothes always come out stinking! Horrible design how can just washed clothes stink so bad with rotten drum smell. Yuk! I had my last front loader for 15 years never had this type of problem. Doesn't matter if I use the tub Clean Cycle, leave the door open all the time doesn't matter. The design for some reason holds rotten water somewhere and my clothes smell horrible I hate this washer. Not only that it takes 3 hours just to wash a regular load, I understand they're supposed to take longer with their high efficiency but 3 hours for a medium load of wash is ridiculous. What a waste of money I wish I would have never bought it

Overall washer is great. It seems to clean our clothes well. The only complaint I would have about the machine is the time it takes to complete a cycle. Not related to the machine, but we didn’t receive our free pedestals. This would have been much nicer if they had included them due to having to bend so much to get clothes in or out!
