Need to have instructions so you can learn what you can and can not do. The water stays in the detergent have to remove to get it out. (MOLD)

I wanted a good basic washer & didn't feel that I needed any fancy things like steam or an app on my phone. This works fairly well but a part of me misses dials that I can physically turn as you can set things a lot faster than this digital display. The washer cleans everything very well & even on medium spin cycle wrings a lot of water out to make drying faster. I wish there was a way to change the defaults when I turn it on because I never use the default that LG created.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer for about two months. It does a great job washing my clothes and linens. The spin cycle is a little loud, so it is best if it can be placed behind a closed door. The washer has a little jingle to tell you when it's done; it's oddly endearing sometimes.

I recently bought my first front load washer after my old top load died a watery death. So far, its been an easy transition to a front load. Its easer for me to get into and pull laundry out of. I'm a breast cancer/chest surgery survivor and under 5 feet tall, so a front load washer is an absolute game changer. I'm really enjoying it so far. ;:)

I won't let my husband near it. He wants to use it and I will not let him. The washer talks to me with cute little tunes to let me know it misses me. Gets clothes cleaner than my top load and sheets feel fresher. I'm so happy!

This gas dryer is exceptionally quiet and does a fantastic job of drying uniformly. Having it on top of an LG Pedestal makes it very easy to load and unload.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, so good! I had an old model washer with a center spin column prior to purchasing this front loading model. I am able to do larger loads and there's no center column for things to get caught on. The variety of pre-set settings (normal, bedding, speed, etc) is just enough without being overwhelming, and it's easy to make adjustments for more specific loads. This washer was a good value for the money.

The owner’s manual is terrible.It doesn't explain all the settings. It explains how I have to keep the machine clean and dry. It doesn't explain how to change any of the options on the pre set settings. Even youtube wasn't all that helpful. I shouldn't have to run every cycle to figure out how to adjust the settings. I am totally frustrated that it doesn't explain how to adjust the setting. How do I set the prewash? And why are the cycles so long? A smallish load I had took 70 minutes. My husband put a load in and it took 2 hours?! I shouldn't have to google or youtube to figure out how to tweak the settings! I still haven't figured it out. I'm still looking. I've only had this machine a couple of days or other than the useless owners manual, I can't rate anything else. I will update. this review after I've figured everything out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s fine I guess. It was already in the house when I bought the house. It doesn’t have an agitator so that helps keep clothes looking newer than they would if you washed them in a machine with an agitator. If your clothes are covered in mud or really dirty, you would have to wash them twice. I’m told this machine doesn’t use much electricity or much water compared to older machines with agitators.
