You can still smell the deodorant on shirts after the wash both on normal and heavy settings. Also having a hard time understanding why a wash would take 2hrs.

We noticed a couple of minor issues that others had written, they seemed they were more personal preferences than issues with the washer. We have found this to be everything we wanted in a washer, the spin cycle is great, the load is almost dry at the end. The washer is quite, spin is smooth and controls are easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 5 months ago. Every load comes out clean and spin cycle is awesome. This is my first LG washer(I have used washers for over 60 years) and I love everything about it. My best friend was having trouble with her old washing machine, I had her bring a load of dirty cloths over . . .she was amazed how quiet the wash and spin cycle was and her cloths were so clean. She was very impressed. Thank you LG for making the best washing machine ever!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my "new toy" as my husband calls it! We have 4 adults in our house, and alot of laundry!! It is very easy to use has alot of different settings, so anything you need it is at your fingertips. The available setting of spin speed is wonderful! The higher the spin speed the better the clothes are wrung out, and the less time needed in the dryer!!

We purchased this washer back in the middle of August. I have to say first off that our old machine was from 2008 and just going to a new model of 2020 no matter how inexpensive it is would be an improvement. That being said we are very happy with the way it washes and even on the “quick cycle” the clothes come out great. If I only have a small load I use that cycle. Noise wise I feel it is average but since we have a separate laundry area it’s not an issue. I read all the consumer reports and junked those and went only by reviews of people who actually had this washer. Not disappointed and would gladly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced this wash machine for another LG washer machine I had with the steam feature that I never used so I upgraded/downgraded to a newer one with out the steam/wifi features. But only did I know this beginner of all this fancy features are basically in this model (3400). It does everything I need it to do and that's wash my clothes.

We bought 1.5 years ago, to many noise and vibration, the washer is level and continues vibration a lot in some cycles, I work under the sun so to much sweat and dirt, all the time my clothes start smelling so bad 15 - 20 minutes after I start working, nothing happened before when we had a conventional washer top loaded, we try with a few tide detergent up to full detergent and the result was the same. I do not recommend this washer. Today appears CL and in the manual say keep for 3 seconds the lock button and nothing happens, we call and is close, I hope tomorrow will be another thing.
