[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washer. Bought it in 2020. Last year I took notice it was leaking down the side of my machine. Causing it to rust at the dispenser down to the clean out door. In 2024. Our dispenser was replaced. As of now I is not leaking.

The clothing is significantly cleaner, less detergent consuming, the sensor on the dryer is great! My clothes dry super fast with this feature. I definitely would recommend these products!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m basically pleased with the washer. I previously owned a top loader. The top loader was capable of large loads. Even though this washer states it can handle a large load it can’t. I have tried a couple time. All my clothes do not come clean some don’t even get wet. That being said if you keep your loads medium to small it does a fairly good job.

I bought my front load LG Washer July 15th. I have become a fan of this LG product. This replaced my 18-year-old top -loading machine that served me well. Never again will I purchase a top load washing machine. This one is quiet, energy saving, and my clothes like it too!

After consulting with a local washer repair compan, he left a strong impression that LG was still one of the most dependable (and affordable)machines on the market. Needless to say we remain satisfied withe the LG washer we bought and hope to have it for years to come

This is the second one of this exact washer that I have bought in seven years. The first one just stopped spinning and it was cheaper to get a new one than have it repaired. These are decent washers with enough different settings to cover all wash loads. I particularly appreciate the "Towels", "Bedding", and "Speed Wash" options. That said, they must be treated carefully. Many parts are plastic, the printing rubs off with even a little water (it's not permanent), and it is not especially quiet. For the money, it is a good machine. It is actually the only one that would fit in the tight space in my forty-year old house, so that is the main reason I keep buying it. I hope it lasts more than 7 years with the exceptionally gentle treatment I give it.

I will stick with a washboard and a washtub instead of having this machine boil my clothes. A repair person already fixed it to make sure the hoses or wires weren’t crossed. It’s still shooting hot water even if we select the cold setting! I will update this review if anything changes. Otherwise, run!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this online in May during the pandemic so could not visit the store to physical see. It has been a nightmare. Sometimes I have to wash 2x because some clothes are still dry after the wash. The spin does not work properly because you can bring water out of your clothes esp towels and beddings after the wash cycle making drying longer and costly. I want to return.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this machine and would have given it 5 stars except for the fact that I find the drum very dark and deep. It takes a conscious effort to pull every article of clothing out of it. I think LG should add a light that would help illuminate the inside. Other than that, I’m delighted with my purchase!
