[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG washer & dryer a month ago and it was great on my bedding but not washing clothes very well. You can still smell the deodorant on shirts after the wash both on normal and heavy settings. Also having a hard time understanding why a wash would take 2hrs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer replaced another LG front loader I had for 15 years. Not much changed except for the Wi-Fi option which is not necessary and did not get. This washer throughly cleans clothes and should last as long as my last washer.

I got the LG washer machine about 4 months ago and not very happy, machine doesn't wash good, my white clothes seem like I didn't wash them and also 3 out of 5 times that I wash a paddle of water ends up on the tub. The washer is quite big, that I love, other than that, I'm quite disappointed about buying that particular kind of washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned this washer for less than a month and am very pleased with my purchase. I was somewhat hesitant about selecting a front load washer, but am very glad I did. I have washed with every wash cycle and am very happy with the performance and and stability of the washer. The washer will automatically weigh the load and select the proper water level for that load. The machine is very quiet and efficient. Only once it alerted me that the load was unbalanced while washing bedding. I redistributed the items in the washer and it was back to normal operation. The spin cycle is very efficient, so you don’t have to use excessive dryer time. I highly recommend this washer if you like a washer that doesn’t use a lot of energy or water.

I wanted a good basic dryer & didn't feel that I needed some of the fancier features offered. I also didn't care about having another app on my phone. This one fits the bill but I wish that it was more flexible. I prefer to use low heat for most of my drying however for most of the sensor-drying settings, it goes to medium heat and it will not permit me to change it. In order to use low heat, I have to do a timed dry instead which is rather frustrating since my 22 year old dryer that I gave up let me set for what I wanted. It works well but I just wish the settings were more flexible.

Horrible don't buy. For an expensive supposedly new technology washer I am SO disappointed! It stinks! I've always had frontloaders but this one is by FAR the worst for Stink & my clothes always come out stinking! Horrible design how can just washed clothes stink so bad with rotten drum smell. Yuk! I had my last front loader for 15 years never had this type of problem. Doesn't matter if I use the tub Clean Cycle, leave the door open all the time doesn't matter. The design for some reason holds rotten water somewhere and my clothes smell horrible I hate this washer. Not only that it takes 3 hours just to wash a regular load, I understand they're supposed to take longer with their high efficiency but 3 hours for a medium load of wash is ridiculous. What a waste of money I wish I would have never bought it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well. Sometimes I find it cumbersome to get the settings I want, because depending on what cycle you’ve selected, you may or may not be able to get the other settings (i.e. temperature) adjusted where you want. But overall, a solid machine.

Not good at getting clothes clean. Not high efficient. I put in a tiny load of clothes on heavy duty load that takes 2 hours!!! Only for the clothes to smell weird and need another 2 hours of washing. Also the machine leaks. Don’t waste your money one it. Unless you like wasting water, time and energy rewashing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer cleans clothes very well and they come out with very little moisture compared to prior top load unit. Controls are simple/quick and detergent, softener tray is very convenient. I'm very happy with the washer so far after three months of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an 11 year old LG that finally had a repair cost exceeding replacement. This is a wonderful replacement but we have noticed that it has trouble balancing some loads - sheets, for example, seem to throw it off balance and the washer takes a long time to complete rinse and spin cycles while it tosses the sheets back and forth to find optimal balance. We'll see how this one holds up.
