This is my one month review of this LG frontloading washer. Yes I have used it a full month and the machine has performed well. One month is not enough time to explore the multiple functions available here but I am impressed with the solid performance so far. The laundry comes out clean and very wringed out. This saves on dryer time and more efficient energy usage. In use the washing action is very solid and the spinning action balanced. I think this may be a long term durable item.

I am impressed with this washers high efficiency and quietness. Clothes come out fresh and nearly dry from the effective spin cycle. I'm happy to have an LG laundry room!

Don't trust the delivery dates posted when purchasing this item. They just make them up. When you reach out to Sam's Club because it hasn't shown up, they just tell you they have to contact LG, and will get back with you. Ordered on the 4th, promised delivery on the 13th. Today is the 15th and no one has a clue. I would've chosen another store had I known this would be the outcome back on the 4th. Just trying to save you the same pain by writing this review.

Bought my new front load washer about a month ago so far so good! I love it! so much better than the old one. Love the front load option, the simple dial control and choices of load size, water temperature. clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

I purchased this about a month ago to replace an older model. What I don't like is the function for adding more water to wash has been eliminated. I now must do smaller loads with the tiniest amount of detergent and add more rinses. Even with that the laundry does not seem as clean. This is not saving but costing me more not only in water, power but also the wear and tear of additional lengthy cycles to the clothes.

The spin cycle is a little loud, so it is best if it can be placed behind a closed door. The washer has a little jingle to tell you when it's done; it's oddly endearing sometimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tried a top load washer first, but it really didn't get the clothers as clean as we wanted, and dress clothes were wrinkled excessively. This front loader is wonderful, has 7 individual load settings for towels, normal, bedding, heavy duty, permament press, delicates and even a speed wash. Temperature settings for cold, warm, & hot, spin settings for high, medium & low and soil settings for light, normal or heavy. There's also a pre-wash setting for large loads and we'll use that for heavy soiled loads as well (sweaty clothes from a workour or shoveling snow!) There's also a tub clean setting to reduce mold & mildew issues we had in our last front loading machine. At the end of the cycle there's a meldoy that plays to let you know it's done, my wife loves that feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seam between the drum and the rear of the machine is too wide and shaped in a way that it collects this black residue/debris, which stains clothes. Very poor design with no seal and too wide of a tolerance. I can stick a credit card in the seam and pick out chunks of this gunk, very upset with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of washing options(i.e., extra rinse, pre-wash, spin only). So far I have not had issues with the door leaking or a mold smell. I have followed the recommendations with cleaning the door, seals, etc. I leave the door propped open for several hours after use. I think this helps keep out the mold smell. It is extremely difficult to get properly balanced initially and still has a tendency to get off balance with mixed loads. Apparently it's not a good idea to use detergent that claims to be HE and for regular washers. I just had a problem with too many suds and I'm waiting on a technician to fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now had a chance to use the washer for 6 months. I do like how it cleans and find that my clothes seem cleaner. I do have issues at times with my towels and washcloths having an odd odor. I do like the features of the washer and the various choices to wash and the ability to change the standard wash cycle.
