This gas dryer is exceptionally quiet and does a fantastic job of drying uniformly. Having it on top of an LG Pedestal makes it very easy to load and unload.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dials and buttons are fairly intuitive. We've been getting great results - it seems like it uses no water at all but stuff comes out clean. I use fleece for guinea pig bedding and it can be really tough sometimes to get the smell out - this washer has been getting even that stuff clean and smelling great! Occasionally tough to balance a load. Overall, it's a step up from the old washer (and we thought that one was good). At this point, if it continues to be reliable, we will be very pleased with this purchase.

It has served my family well for now. For how long will this machine perform as designed only time will tell. But as for now, I say this is a solid washer for its worth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this about 3 weeks and are satisfied with its performance. The only draw back is we find the wash cycles long. The machine seats the cycle times and we have had times up to 90 minutes for normal wash loads. We wish there was a more detailed printed owners manual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this based on review and ratings available on Consumer Reports Digital Edition. Was one of the highest rated machines available and we definitely are not disappointed. Our old front loader was over 20 years old and due for replacement before it quit. Wife is very happy with the choice we made, has all the features she wanted and does everything so efficiently. Machine is very quiet, no vibrations and she adores the chimes it sounds when cycle is complete. You made an excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer for close to 2 weeks and have washed several loads using different settings. All were well washed. The controls are easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the washer pre-determines load size/weight and adjusts water level appropriately.

I bought the washer oh about three months ago. I chose it for its size and type. I love front load washers. The only complaint I have about this washer is that an instruction manual didn’t come with it. I really don’t enjoy looking online to learn how to operate my machine As I need to refer to it to learn to use all the features. The instructions that I did get were not that helpful. This is huge for me. I did find one source on line for a manual and I needed to pay for it! Didn’t happen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is second LG washer since 2005. (First LF washers lasted about 16 years). I was looking into other brand, but decided to go for another LG washer, because of reliability which I had experienced from first LG washer!!!)

This washer does not discharge lint. The lint catcher that you use has no lint in it. I am a pet owner so this is a real problem for me. I called LG because I didn't want to write a bad review if it was something that could be resolved. They told me to use the "tub clean" function. There was plenty of fur in the drum but none was discharged. I just replaced my 25 year old front washer that always discharged the lint so I am not happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this purchase. It barely wets the clothes and all it does is literally spinning the clothes almost dry! Even though I called LG, but it is not helpful at all. I would really love to return it if possible.
