Bought my new front load washer about a month ago so far so good! I love it! so much better than the old one. Love the front load option, the simple dial control and choices of load size, water temperature. clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, it works well. The controls take a little getting used to compared to our old, very basic dryer. We have used the setting for avoiding wrinkles when drying cycle but sometimes there are still some wrinkles. The one feature we wished it has is a light inside when you open it. Overall it was a good deal and we are satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August of 2020 and have been very happy with how it cleans the clothes and saves water at the same time. It has many different wash cycle options. I like the front loader as I am short and often the top loaders are so deep I can't get my clothes out and I find them not to wash as well as the front loader. I'm very very happy with this one and would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very disappointed with this purchase. It barely wets the clothes and all it does is literally spinning the clothes almost dry! Even though I called LG, but it is not helpful at all. I would really love to return it if possible.

My repairman told me the parts I needed were too expensive to spend on the ol girl after 10 years. Made me sick when I finally got someone to take it for scrap. Only had to replace 2 parts pump and rotor over 10 yrs. That’s why I bought LG again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] seems to work well. It is very quiet and does not shake the house when spinning. The only problem I have is when I than 3 pairs of jean in at a time it gets off balance in the spin cycle and the clothes have to be readjusted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every aspect of LG products are as expected! ! The choices for different loads is great! Noise level is very low! Uses less detergent! Spin cycle has cut drying time (also LG) by 10 to 15 minutes! Easiest ever to balance! Anyone could learn controls in 5 minutes! Speed wash is special for lightly soiled laundry! Performance!

My washer isn't even 2 years old and it no longer turns on. We spent the money to get the noise filter replaced, it worked again for a day. The next day tried turning it on, and nothing. So now we may have to replace the control board which is almost half the cost of the washer itself. Awful. I will never buy LG again. The hassle to find a technician that will work on it plus the insane amount of money they charge to even repair constitutes theft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and I have used it for three months and I have never used a machine in which I have had to dilute the fabric conditioner, I use Downy. I have used that for 30 years and I have never have had that situation. I have follow that instruction and now the machine does not deliver the downy on the rinse cycle. I have clean everything , every tray and every tray. Still downy is not delivery in the rinse cycle. I don't know what to do. I would like to call for service . I can't find the # to call.
