[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old LG washer finally wore out . It was efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning close so we already were prepared to shop for another LG. After consulting with a local washer repair compan, he left a strong impression that LG was still one of the most dependable (and affordable)machines on the market. Needless to say we remain satisfied withe the LG washer we bought and hope to have it for years to come

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not new to front load washers, but what I enjoy with this LG washer is how quiet the various cycles operate. I'm confident my clothes are thoroughly clean before I transfer them to the dryer. Also, love the chime rather than the buzzer when the cycle is finished.

I purchased and got my new machine all hooked up today. I ran a cycle of just water to start and it was SUPER loud. I put the couch blankets in and it started thumping even louder. I went in and the washer was in the middle if the laundry room and water was spraying everywhere because it pulled the hoses. I turned it off and was cleaning up the water when I noticed that it tore holes through the linoleum.

Horrible don't buy. For an expensive supposedly new technology washer I am SO disappointed! It stinks! I've always had frontloaders but this one is by FAR the worst for Stink & my clothes always come out stinking! Horrible design how can just washed clothes stink so bad with rotten drum smell. Yuk! I had my last front loader for 15 years never had this type of problem. Doesn't matter if I use the tub Clean Cycle, leave the door open all the time doesn't matter. The design for some reason holds rotten water somewhere and my clothes smell horrible I hate this washer. Not only that it takes 3 hours just to wash a regular load, I understand they're supposed to take longer with their high efficiency but 3 hours for a medium load of wash is ridiculous. What a waste of money I wish I would have never bought it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my "new toy" as my husband calls it! We have 4 adults in our house, and alot of laundry!! It is very easy to use has alot of different settings, so anything you need it is at your fingertips. The available setting of spin speed is wonderful! The higher the spin speed the better the clothes are wrung out, and the less time needed in the dryer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 6 weeks ago. The first time I used it, it sounded like a rocket was taking off. If was replaced without any problems and now I love it! It is quite, holds large loads has a lot of washing options. The only negative is the detergent dispenser has water in the cup when the load has completed- it needs to be wiped out after use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and I have used it for three months and I have never used a machine in which I have had to dilute the fabric conditioner, I use Downy. I have used that for 30 years and I have never have had that situation. I have follow that instruction and now the machine does not deliver the downy on the rinse cycle. I have clean everything , every tray and every tray. Still downy is not delivery in the rinse cycle. I don't know what to do. I would like to call for service . I can't find the # to call.
