[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seam between the drum and the rear of the machine is too wide and shaped in a way that it collects this black residue/debris, which stains clothes. Very poor design with no seal and too wide of a tolerance. I can stick a credit card in the seam and pick out chunks of this gunk, very upset with this purchase.

This washer is exceptionally quiet and does a fantastic job of cleaning uniformly and spin drying to almost dry. Having it on top of an LG Pedestal makes it very easy to load and unload.

I bought this LG washer in 2017, and it's still working very well, with 5 kids, almost daily wash. At least clothes looked better than other machines I had used in the past. I literally had it fixed once! And it is still working as new. Good job, LG.

I won't let my husband near it. He wants to use it and I will not let him. The washer talks to me with cute little tunes to let me know it misses me. I've been using this washing machine for a few months now and have been very satisfied. I have tried a few wash settings; there are many settings, but a few meet my needs. The washing comes out very clean. With the high spin, much water is removed, the washing dries in a 1/2 hour in the dryer. This machine requires less water to do a large wash than my old top loader. I'm glad this is a water conserving machine.

Not good at getting clothes clean. Not high efficient. I put in a tiny load of clothes on heavy duty load that takes 2 hours!!! Only for the clothes to smell weird and need another 2 hours of washing. Also the machine leaks. Don’t waste your money one it. Unless you like wasting water, time and energy rewashing.

I have run cleaning loads and vinegar but everything smells moldy and nothing comes out clean. My towels smelled so bad after washing that I had to buy new ones. I had an older lg washer and tried to just replace but this is awful.

Replaced my previous washer with another front load washer. I am short and 14 years ago I bought my first front loader and never had to struggle to get to the bottom of the washer. Also, I think there is NO twisted together clothing, there are less wringles and easy to load in the dryer which is the same height.
