I purchased this about a month ago to replace an older model. What I don't like is the function for adding more water to wash has been eliminated. I now must do smaller loads with the tiniest amount of detergent and add more rinses. Even with that the laundry does not seem as clean. This is not saving but costing me more not only in water, power but also the wear and tear of additional lengthy cycles to the clothes.

I have owned this for a month now and this washer cleans I mean really cleans laundry with ease. I read wifi in the description and thought that meant it would easily work with their app. I was wrong. Who makes a product with wifi that doesn't work with their app. Now I am stuck with this great washer that doesnt send notifications and a vintage drier that does. Ice machine dumb company

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my "new toy" as my husband calls it! We have 4 adults in our house, and alot of laundry!! It is very easy to use has alot of different settings, so anything you need it is at your fingertips. The available setting of spin speed is wonderful! The higher the spin speed the better the clothes are wrung out, and the less time needed in the dryer!!

This is the second one of this exact washer that I have bought in seven years. The first one just stopped spinning and it was cheaper to get a new one than have it repaired. These are decent washers with enough different settings to cover all wash loads. I particularly appreciate the "Towels", "Bedding", and "Speed Wash" options. That said, they must be treated carefully. Many parts are plastic, the printing rubs off with even a little water (it's not permanent), and it is not especially quiet. For the money, it is a good machine. It is actually the only one that would fit in the tight space in my forty-year old house, so that is the main reason I keep buying it. I hope it lasts more than 7 years with the exceptionally gentle treatment I give it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with this purchase. The only downside is the vibration caused by the spin cycle, but it's a small annoyance for how to dry the clothes come out of the washer. I bought some rubber feet that have reduced the vibration a little bit.

Was one of the highest rated machines available and we definitely are not disappointed. Our old front loader was over 20 years old and due for replacement before it quit. Wife is very happy with the choice we made, has all the features she wanted and does everything so efficiently. Machine is very quiet, no vibrations and she adores the chimes it sounds when cycle is complete. You made an excellent product.

Manual is terrible. No pictures to show what the buttons on the machine are for or do. Finally got it to wash a load of clothes but when it finished, the clothes were wet enough that I could wring water out of them and can’t figure out how to get it to spin. First time to use. May send it back to store. Tried to view full manual online and couldn’t get into the online Manuel for the ”complete owner’s manual.”

I bought this two days ago based on consumer reports review. Delivered in two days; however, upon turning it on for the FIRST time displays a TE error code. Spent an hour with tech support and they are going to send a repairman, wait for it, for a BRAND NEW WASHER! Will update after the repairman comes NEXT week!

For 14 of 17 months, our WM3400CW was dependable and cleaned well. The first few months we had intermittent floods, maybe four times, eventually we got the filter/drain plug (behind flap at front, left, floor level) well-seated and the floods quit. All was well until August 2023. In between loads, while the door was open, the glass just broke and 90% of the glass fell to the floor in pieces. About five months past warranty for the door of a major appliance. Disappointing, to say the least. (Trying to add photo to this review)
