[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in August 2020 it is the first front load washer I have ever owned. I love it. It does a wonderful job of getting my clothes clean. I must say that it is so much different than a traditional top load washer and it took me a little while to familiarize myself with all the different settings on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great! Instead of an annoying buzzer it rings out a very pleasant tune when each load is done. It's quiet and my wife and I were surprised that we can fit our king size comforter inside with room to spare! We love LG!

It does great cleaning clothes, and I love the extra capacity it has, but dang, it sounds like a jet engine is taking off during the spin cycle right in your laundry room. Just now it actually tried taking off when the spin took it out of its cubby. We caught it before it left the ground, however. Shocked by the power, worried about the volume... not sure we'll be keeping this model.

I noticed several post regarding default temps. If you look under Support, Help Library, click on the washer pictures and them Standard Cycles it lists all the different cycles and the related water temperatures. Mine is being installed today so don't know how accurate this is, but its a start.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in August of 2024 and am loving it! My clothes comes out clean, the washer takes less water and detergent than my old washer. Also takes less time to dry because the washer spins it drier than my old washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dials and buttons are fairly intuitive. We've been getting great results - it seems like it uses no water at all but stuff comes out clean. I use fleece for guinea pig bedding and it can be really tough sometimes to get the smell out - this washer has been getting even that stuff clean and smelling great! Occasionally tough to balance a load. Overall, it's a step up from the old washer (and we thought that one was good). At this point, if it continues to be reliable, we will be very pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have owned this washer and companion DLE3500W dryer for about a month now and love them both. The washer is quiet, efficient and gets our clothes cleaner than the old upright agitated washer we had. We are using less detergent and the drying time is less because the spin cycle is so efficient at extracting the water. Overall very pleased!!
