Awful installation service. machine seems good

Installers nearly dropped it when unloading from truck. Sam’s club said white glove service installation. Installers asked if we had paid for installation. We said yes. So they installed it. After they left, I turned on water and both hoses both ends were leaking. Then I noticed they hadn’t even removed the installation bolts. I called Sam’s club two times and both times they contacted the installers and said they would call within 24h . They never did, so I installed it myself. As far a the machine goes, just started using it and so far so good. It’s definitely much quieter than my old machine. Beware of XPO logistics who delivered the washing machine.

Doesn't get the Soap out

We purchased this washer about five months ago and ever since I have been getting skin rashes. We have had front load washers for 40 years, which was back before they became popular. So we know how to use them and have had lots of experience. We purchased this one because LG seems to have good product ratings. We only use "All Free and Clear" detergent, but noticed this washer doesn't get all the soap out. We even tried putting in less detergent than recommended and had the same issue. This washer is designed to save energy and water but we have to wash our cloths again several times without detergent just to get the soap out. We have even had to wash up to five times without detergent to get the soap out. We think this washer is not programmed properly to get the soap out. I would not recommend this model at all until they figure out what is going on.
