[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second front loader and our first direct drive. Which works better than the belt. Although some of the wash times are longer, it really cleans the clothes for the least amount of money. I really like the Cold Wash feature. It's longer time but it uses different agitation methods to give you a warm water result using cold water. There's plenty of room to wash our queen comforter - we found it best to use medium spin so it doesn't give an error code. So there is another positive, there's plenty of setting adjustments to make just about everything work for you.

The dryer vent on our dryer can't slight all the way down, because the bracket that holds in in place warps. Now our clothes are catching on the filter and getting torn or pulled out of shape. The problem started about a year after we got the dryer. We replaced the filter, but about a year and half later, the same thing is happening again. Now we can't even push the filter all the way down.

I wanted a good basic dryer & didn't feel that I needed some of the fancier features offered. I also didn't care about having another app on my phone. This one fits the bill but I wish that it was more flexible. I prefer to use low heat for most of my drying however for most of the sensor-drying settings, it goes to medium heat and it will not permit me to change it. In order to use low heat, I have to do a timed dry instead which is rather frustrating since my 22 year old dryer that I gave up let me set for what I wanted. It works well but I just wish the settings were more flexible.

We purchased this washer and dryer and are less than satisfied. The company has been non responsive in requests for better instruction manuals in hard copy. The displays on the front of both the washer and dryer are impossible to read as they are not back lit. Impossible to read unless using a flashlight to shine on the screen. Very disappointed and they were not cheap. I recommend not purchasing.

I have run cleaning loads and vinegar but everything smells moldy and nothing comes out clean. My towels smelled so bad after washing that I had to buy new ones. I had an older lg washer and tried to just replace but this is awful.

This gas dryer is exceptionally quiet and does a fantastic job of drying uniformly. Having it on top of an LG Pedestal makes it very easy to load and unload.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in August of 2020 and have been very happy with how it cleans the clothes and saves water at the same time. It has many different wash cycle options. I like the front loader as I am short and often the top loaders are so deep I can't get my clothes out and I find them not to wash as well as the front loader. I'm very very happy with this one and would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m basically pleased with the washer. I previously owned a top loader. The top loader was capable of large loads. Even though this washer states it can handle a large load it can’t. I have tried a couple time. All my clothes do not come clean some don’t even get wet. That being said if you keep your loads medium to small it does a fairly good job.

It was great when it worked. 2 years and 7 months after buying and installing the control board is no good. We're out of factory warranty too. After getting error code TE1, troubleshooting and research I learned that the circuit boards are a common fault with LG dryers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second LG Front Load washer. My first one lasted 10 years!! Loved that washer - Love This Washer!! I wash 3 times a week and at least 4-6 batches each day. Clothes always come out completely clean, the washer is quiet, has many different cycles for regular wash, delicate wash and everything in between. Love it and my LG dryer. Great products!!
