[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally getting the units hooked up, I am absolutely loving them! The extra large drum is amazing. The unit is so quiet that the first few loads I had to check in the laundry room to make sure it was running. The clothes are so much drier coming out of the washer now. Also so much less liquid laundry detergent than I was used to using on my old top load, I can already see the savings being made. I am very happy wih both units, and the professional people I worked with at l.g to get my units to me. I will definitely be recommending these to friends and family.

The owner’s manual is terrible.It doesn't explain all the settings. It explains how I have to keep the machine clean and dry. It doesn't explain how to change any of the options on the pre set settings. Even youtube wasn't all that helpful. I shouldn't have to run every cycle to figure out how to adjust the settings. I am totally frustrated that it doesn't explain how to adjust the setting. How do I set the prewash? And why are the cycles so long? A smallish load I had took 70 minutes. My husband put a load in and it took 2 hours?! I shouldn't have to google or youtube to figure out how to tweak the settings! I still haven't figured it out. I'm still looking. I've only had this machine a couple of days or other than the useless owners manual, I can't rate anything else. I will update. this review after I've figured everything out.
