This machine does a great job of washing and is easy to operate

I am using LG products since last 12 years and I never find any problem.

I purchased this model because it had the ThinQ label. Turns out this function is not supported in Canada. Very disappointed.

But I have noticed when I compare it to my old Miele,is that the clothes seem to get more twisted around each other. I know it could be the way it’s loaded, but I’m loading it the same way I did my old machine. I don’t like that I have to clean the tub every 30 loads, because again my old machine cleaned itself every time I used it. It lasted 13 years, so we’ll see how this one compares

Favorite feature: large capacity with advantage of equally great cleaning. Spin cycles are effective and greatly reduce drying time needs. Have not had long enough to fully review for all feature and cost savings; while seems inline with noted expectations—have not had long enough to fully realize this opportunity.

We purchased the LG WM3400CW washer because Consumer Reports tested and gave it top ratings. First impressions: every part of the machine appears to be carefully engineered with high-quality materials; the fit and finish are exemplary. Programmed wash cycles are well-thought-out with enough useful modifiers to handle any laundry situation. Having lived with top-load washers for decades, we were pleasantly surprised that our new washer uses a lot less water (and detergent) to do the same job without compromising cleaning efficiency. Also, this washer runs much quieter than our old top-load machine. We are very pleased with our new LG washer. You will have to visit LG's website to download the comprehensive operating manual. The manual shipped with the washer gives only a brief introduction to cycles and controls.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While there are a few quirks learning this washing machine, it is worth the effort. Clothes come out clean and the spin cycle gets rid of a good deal of water, so the dryer has less work to do. The balance of the drum is excellent and there is very little vibration when spinning. Many washing options for any type of load you might have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the washer for two weeks. I’ve washed clothes, bedding ( including pillows) and coats. Washer does a good job, hasn’t moved at all even though it did vibrate more than normal for the pillows. Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this because our Samsung washer died and it works quickly and efficiently. Once in a while the door doesn't close correctly, but it tells you clearly what's wrong before the load starts (de error).
