[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New HE high tech washer. Uses less water compared to HE washer that I bought and replaced 10 years ago. Same outcome, does the job. Washing with even lesser water than other HE washer isn’t a problem because as new tech comes out it is only invented for the better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these appliances and they were delivered much later than I had anticipated, as they were "in stock!" however, that did not influence the review. 1) The controls are on the front and when you turn it on, the options are not back-lit. So I have to put my glasses on and bend over to see what the options are. 2) A good thing, it is high capacity and does a great job drying. 3) Since the controls are on the front, it does not have a console in the back that used to keep clothes from falling back behind the dryer. Granted, every once in a while, you be missing a sock. 4) On top of having not console, having the gas dryer, you need enough room to accommodate the gas line and the vent hose. In my case, it is 11"!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front loader will set the washing time for you based on the heaviness of the load. I like that. It's very quiet. My appliance repairman recommends the LG due to the low number of service calls he has to make.

We replaced a failing 15 year old Bosch washer with this LG washer. At the time, I asked our appliance repair person for a recommendation for a new one and he immediately said “LG” This LG washer has proven to be efficient and amazingly quiet, leaving our clothes very clean and barely damp. Excellent machine. Thank you.

I've been very happy with its use and function. my clothes always come out smelling fresh and clean and i really like the little jingle at the end to signify your clothes are finished washing. the only problem i had so far was then the door lock jammed up but LG were very helpful and sent out a technician within a few days and it was solved. Other than that, Great Product!

It drys clothes, especially towels so much faster than my old dryer and it is simple to use! Paired with my LG washer I can do a normal load with 3 towels and other clothes in 40 minutes from washing to drying! That is an 50 minutes faster than with my old washer and dryer!

I am able to wash bigger loads, and bedding that I previously had to take to my parents to wash. My old washer was 10+ years old so upgrading to this unit has been great!! I even noticed that my clothes are getting cleaner than with my old washer so that is definitely a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I bought my last washer in 1996, I tried to buy a front loader. No luck since these were not available for home use. With my new LG front loader I now see what I’ve been missing. The machine is quiet, uses little detergent and hardly any water and the laundry comes out clean with most of the water spun out. Now I’d like to update my 30 yr old dryer to the matching LG unit.
