I have this product about three weeks now. I am happy with this dryer however I was a bit taken back that there was not a light inside the drum when you open up the door. I never thought to even look for that in an appliance as I’ve never had one that didn’t come with the light. Not a big game changer but I think if I had looked a little closer I might’ve got an a different model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG washers were recommended by Consumer Reports, so I bought a LG stacking washer/dryer set last month. I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I like them. The washer adjusts its cycle to the load washed. The melodic signal is long and loud enough for me to hear without my hearing aids. I especially appreciate the front lint clean out on the washer. My previous set had to be unstacked in order to clean out the washer filter clothes come out clean and smelling fresh.

This is the third pair of LG Washers and Dryers we have bought. They are great and work well. They also last something that you don't always find in some appliances today. We had an LG washer and dryer in the home we just sold. They were more than 15 years old and still going strong. So we of course bought an LG washer and dryer for our new home! We have a second home in Puerto Rico and installed a pair there as well and are looking forward to years of reliable service from them. We highly recommend LG products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Meant to be white glove installation. They used old hoses and when I turned water on both ends leaked. And they did not remove the shipping bolts. However machine is great. Quiet, uses a lot less water. Have to make sure after use you leave door open to dry out seal.

Done about 12 washes , tried all different settings ...clothes look cleaner than from my last machine. I love that the machine weighs the load and then sets the time for a wash. It’s quiet and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an LG before and this newer model doesn’t disappoint. It does a wonderful job of washing and the spin! Your clothes come out practically dry! Negative is the owner’s manual. Not complete enough on the features usage. Tells you to download the complete manual and when you do, you cannot print it!

I had been using two other washers - one was 20 years old and I felt it still did a very good job - boy was I wrong! The very first load my husband commented on how clean everything smelled! The machine is fairly quiet too and it sure seems to be a very good quality product. Very pleased. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy any LG product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently bought an LG stackable washer and dryer, and love it! It has a large capacity, is super quiet, and energy efficient. I love the settings and options that allow us to choose the temperatures, times, etc. for each load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about six weeks ago. Works great. Even washed a queen sized bedspread with no issues. Loved that it told me to run a tub clean cycle after about a month. Cycles are a bit long but I expect that’s because of the energy savings - I don’t really know because the documentation that comes with it doesn’t say much. I had to go to the online manual to find out 69 minutes was correct for a full normal load. Still love the machine though.

New house had deep top load washer didn’t clean well and kept refilling if it was an uneven load. The new LG uses less water and cleans much better.
