[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was amazed at how quiet and Well these machines function. Very easy to operate ....user friendly and easy access to filters on washer and dryer. Control panel is laid out very logically in an expected sequential order. Service personal near to area for service if necessary. No need to transport your unit to a work shop in most areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this about a month ago for our new home. I love how the dials are very simple to use and options are logical. The machine is fairly quiet, and everything comes out very clean. It is also easy to adjust to the dials to your own needs (like for cold loads). I definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always liked the front loaders. My last one was an LG as well. Love the improvements you've made. From the added water sprayers in the tub to the wider opening of the door, to the ease of keeping it clean. Very pleased with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old lg washer gave in to retirement after fourteen years of dependable service. It was the best investment for me and my family. Never had problems with it. So I decided to stay with the best by purchasing a brand new washer again.

This was a replacement for our 16yr old Samsung. Does the job and seems to be very efficient. It was hard, however, for wife and I to figure out how to use with provided quick start instructions and online manual; very broadbrush where more details desired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG has built another winning product. WM3400CW washes clothes and linens well while doing its work quietly with the advanced features and the energy efficiency that I look for in a high build quality, reasonably priced appliance.

Used the machine now for about 2 months. Relatively easy to navigate the controls. It is a champ on water conservation! Uses very little especially compared to what it replaced. A few dislikes: NO Light! This bad boy is dark inside. Items stick to the tub after the cycle finishes an are hard to see. The door cannot be switched from side to side (like the dryer). ? Required a major rework to swap positions during installation. But like the tune it plays when it finishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with purchase but my bad fir not knowing some features were missing. No light! I really miss the light. Also wish it would turn on with the last mode I was in. Always have to reset. Overall does a good job.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a Whirlpool that had required 3 repairs in 3 years with this LG. Honestly the main reason I chose it was because it was small enough to fit the space in my utility room. I was also thrilled that I didn't have to spend money on WiFi and a steam cycle which I would never use. We are extremely pleased with this washer. It's so quiet compared to our old one. The controls are easy to use, I especially like how I can choose a cycle setting and then make adjustments to the load size and water temp.It does a terrific job of getting our clothes clean even when I load it full of heavy jeans and towels. The cleaning drain on the bottom is a nice feature also. We're very pleased and will look for an LG dryer when the old one dies. I did buy it on sale but it is worth the regular price tag.

I bought my very first LG washer about 3 months ago, first run into drain hose not long enough issue and have to use extended drain hose. Then comes issue with it makes my water pipe "banging" noise whenever we use the washer. LG technician came two weeks ago and confirmed the issue. We have to install two pairs water arrestors in both end of washer hoses and reduce the water pressure to quite the noise , today is the 1st time heard much less noise , I've lost many nights sleep over this new LG washer....
