I've had the washer 2.5 weeks and have been very happy with it. I like that it calculates the weight of the load and adjust the wash time accordingly. My only disappointment is the lack of a drum light, it's very hard to see inside without a light, else I would have given 5 stars.

I bought this washer I. December 3022. The delivery guy arrived earlier then the scheduled time. I called the main office and after originally refusing he came back a couple hours later. He was in a hurry to install and as soon as O started it up it shook . I jury rigged something yo keep it in balance but now the rubber gasket on the front is falling open and a part seemingly holding it in place is off track.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 10 year old LG Washer that died on us with this LG. This is good but not as good as the old one. This one does not seem to adjust the water level depending on the wash load. Anyway, I just hope this will last more than the predecessor.

Favorite feature: large capacity with advantage of equally great cleaning. Spin cycles are effective and greatly reduce drying time needs. Have not had long enough to fully review for all feature and cost savings; while seems inline with noted expectations—have not had long enough to fully realize this opportunity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got a new place and the washer was included. The washer is pretty basic and easy to use but I noticed that you can't load too much clothes into it or it won't thoroughly wash your clothes. It might be because front loaders use much less water. There is a speed wash mode which uses even less water so I only use this mode for really small loads. The normal wash sometimes takes up to 90 minutes for one load on heavy soil. All of the different modes take a least an hour to wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got it so am still learning all of the functions and modes of operation. The motor in our old washer was going out and sounded like a jet taking off when in the spin cycle. This new washer is whisper quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose my first front load machine 19 years ago to save water and protect my septic tank and field tile system. When I needed to replace it, I chose LG based on features and price. So far I am very satisfied. Multiple features including speed wash have been used. A full range of water temperatures is available. My two adult Grandsons do their own laundry and are very satisfied with the LG. When I had a question, I got a rapid response from my e-mail inquiry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer in July 2020 and recieved it around August. Overall it works great and I pove the different settings it has. Only problem was the main board failed after only six months of usage. The warranty did take care of everything, but the parts took almost 2 months to come in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased another LG front load. My first one lasted 16+ years. I didn’t even consider another brand. Quiet and uses very little water. Extreme efficient. Clothes smell clean and are not wrinkled when I unload them. We have quite a few LG products in our home and will continue to purchase the LG brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had this washer for a few weeks but I HAVE to say that out of the 4 appliances we purchased the washer is the one the family is happiest with. This machine is so quiet. Even friends on the phone mention how quiet it is! And the spin cycle is amazing! The clothes come out almost dry. And did I mention it's quiet? Well, the end of cycle sound is not a loud obnoxious buzzer but a quiet little melody. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!
