[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had the washer a few weeks, but I am happy with it so far. I'd had my previous front-loader for over 15 years. This one spins even more water out of the clothing, so my drying times are shorter. I'm only giving it a 4 star rating because I honestly haven't had enough time with it to say I love it.

Went to consumer reports and so happen this product was listed and was actually available. The Pedestal was also available which I purchased. I am extremely happy with this product and it gives me more features. Going to Consumer Reports review about this product was definitely a reason I bought machine and I am glad I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a BravosXL top loader that lost the bearings several times. We're delighted with the ease of use and the gentleness of the washing leading to much less lint in the dryer trap. We've washed a comforter with good success although I don't think we'd try to wash more than the comforter at a time. The one nitpicky thing is the trays where you add detergent, bleach, etc. are a little confusing. It's not a problem as we're using the new detergent sheets which we just tear into a few smaller pieces and pop in the tub with the clothing - works fine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this dryer for me and i love it. It dries our big towels and fluffs them up nicely. I love that i can add extra minutes if my gentles do not completely dry the first time. It's the best dryer i ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and we are so happy with our purchase! The variety of settings allows us to 'speed wash' items that are not very soiled, or 'Heavy Duty Wash' items that need a bit more effort! Excellent value for the money!

This is the second LG Washer we purchased. The previous one we sold with our older home and it was 9 years old and running perfectly! Because of the great quality of this washer we wanted another one. The many features are awesome….so many choices of washing options! We highly recommend this product!

I bought this a tear and a half ago. After a year, it started leaking. This is my first front load machine so doing the monthly clean cycle was not something I ever had to do. But in the manual, it does say to run the clean cycle once a month. What it does is remove residue product from the tub and pull out detergent softener bleach tray..LG tech is still working on it. First visit they cleaned the drum and subsequently I have run the monthly clean cycle but it it is still leaking from the detergent I’ll out tray. They ordered a new tray on the second visit and we’ll see if that fixes it. So read the manual, run that clean cycle.

We decided to get another LG after the one we bought used died 4 yrs later. This is a good and reliable brand, good washer, nice capacity. We have dogs and cats, and we wash their bedding quite often. BUT, a month after using it, I noticed that the rubber part at the opening was already torn, leaving some rubber pieces in the drum and on the clothes. That is highly disappointing. I guess I would need to contact the customer service where we bought the LG.

I use a wheelchair and owned a top loading washer until last Spring. With increasing pain due to arthritis, shoulder and hand problems and decreasing function, it became more and more difficult for me to use a top loading washing machine. I don't have a lot of expendable cash. A friend had seen me struggle to get the laundry into, and even more so OUT OF, my top-loader, and bought me the LG front loading washer. I had no idea how much easier the LG would make doing my laundry!! It is easy to operate, runs smoothly and quietly, and cleans my clothes wonderfully while saving water. There are many features to choose from for various laundry needs. I am very happy with it! I'm looking forward to getting the matching dryer when I can afford it. Thank you!!
