[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this Washer and Pedestal in our home two weeks today. We have washed clothes 2 times during this period. Overall, at this point, we are pleased with the Washer. The initial cycle times are longer than expected, but actual cycle times appear to be shorter. It seems to be doing a good job of washing the clothes and spin cycles are good. So far, so good. Hope this washer will service us well for many years. Not negative comments at this time.

Last one still worked after 15 years but a friend needed a washer and we wanted a new one. Efficient and uses half the detergent and half the water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know there are delays in supply chain so I don't hold that against LG but I had my washer installed in October. It started collecting water in the drum between washes. Being a vacation home I was not there all the time to manage. Repair guy said he had to replace the cold water something or other. LGs parts database is so difficult to understand he decided to order hot and cold parts because he couldn't tell which one was correct. TWO HOT WATER parts arrived, so he looked up part online to verify again and STILL GOT THE WRONG PART. Get it together LG - your products might be great (love the dryer) and are rated highly by many rating systems but if you can't make it clear about which parts to order in a time when it takes 4-6 weeks to receive a replacement the hard part should NOT be which part to order.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had this washer for a few weeks but I HAVE to say that out of the 4 appliances we purchased the washer is the one the family is happiest with. This machine is so quiet. Even friends on the phone mention how quiet it is! And the spin cycle is amazing! The clothes come out almost dry. And did I mention it's quiet? Well, the end of cycle sound is not a loud obnoxious buzzer but a quiet little melody. I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

It dries our clothes much faster than any other dryer we have had and it has all the features to keep the little lady happy. So far seems to be built much better than our last dryer(we got three years use before the drum literally fell apart. Thanks for coming to our rescue LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WHY do I love my new LG Washing Machine? I have owned a few washing machine and this one, by far, is the best. It is easy to use, runs very quietly, and energy efficient...but one of the things I LOVE the most is that it spins out clothes almost dry. When putting clothes in the dryer from the washing machine, it takes half the time to dry. Yes....I DO LOVE IT.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is the second I have purchased in the last two years. I had tonleave the first with my condo when I sold. I loved the performance of it enough that I bought another for my new house. I am sold on LG.

I am happy with the size and what appears to be a well built machine. I am not happy with the poor instructions and confusing operating display. The instructions reference buttons that are not on my machine. I have been unable to date to figure out how increase drying time or raise the heat. It does dry the clothes but on occasion I have to run the machine a second time so it seems that the dry sensor isn't working just right.
