[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago & have been pleased. The clothes come out clean. The only thing I would like to say negatively is that each load takes at least 60 minutes, which defeats the purpose of energy star savings & my time is valuable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this washing machine for about a month with no problems. It does a very good job with all of our clothes. The front-panel controls are easy to use, although it is not always clear what is different about the various options. For example, it would be helpful to provide a short explanation of the "towels" and "bedding" options, or to provide a link to a web site where this information is explained.

I've had my washer for over a month now and I am totally happy with it. It actually replaced my 13 year old front load LG washer. I never had any trouble with my old washer, it was just time to replace it. I am really happy with my LG washer and dryer.

The delicate cycle has never worked! It vibrates so loudly that it can be heard all over the house. It is almost impossible to use the "extra" settings easily - eg the rinse and spin button almost always causes a control lock response instead. Poor design!

Had this washer for one year plus one month, then the electronics died/seized up, which prevented further use. Given the price of a new circuit board, I chose to dump this washer and buy a new one (different brand). Hugely disappointing, to say the least, since my previous 10-year old LG front-load washer was still going strong, with absolutely no problems; I left it in the house I sold last year and thought a new LG washer would be grand...BIG mistake!!

Only problem was the main board failed after only six months of usage. The warranty did take care of everything, but the parts took almost 2 months to come in.

It is easy to use and is so much quieter than my last front loading washing machine. The capacity is great, it washed a thick queen sized bedspread with no problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer but temperamental door. Regular maintenance is required to remove lint from door gasket and care must be taken to not overfill the soap tray. This machine is designed for low water Low soap use so owner needs to know how to use it.
