It wasn’t until last week I actually was successful at getting it serviced. For the amount spent on this set, I didn’t expect to have any issues with my product. The service guy was great knowledgeable and gave insight. He replaced the karts that were needed and even gave knowledge on products.

I haven’t bought a washer/dryer in 22 years! When it came time, I did my research and found that LG products were at the top of all the lists I saw. A recent purchase of an LG refrigerator confirmed that this was the right choice. The price was competitive and the delivery without incident. I am pleased with this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I was surprised when we loaded and started the washer for the first time after it balanced the load it displayed a 2hr wash cycle timer, we both said dam and laughed at the same time about how long it was going to wash. Overall it's a great washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a Maytag Bravos, six yrs old and the drum bearings went out, never did like it, wouldn't clean a thing so we went and picked up the LG front load, what a difference in cleaning, the simplicity of the settings are great, it is a bit loud when it goes into the high spin cycle but it's ok for us as it's in the basement, the medium setting is much quieter. It's a great front load washer and as of right now no complaints.

I was hoping I was not making a mistake and thankfully I didn't. l love them. Just last night I washed a king quilt and shams, had absolutely no problems and they came out perfectly clean. Would highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had my washing machine less than 3 months and have already had issues/ malfunctions. It will not complete the wash cycle when theres a regular load so purchasing a heavy duty washer is pointless... When it did wash in the beginning it did well. My clothes were clean and my utility bills did not have much of an increase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 3400 set since all the models seem to have the same basic components. The only real differences are the amount of preset load types and in my experience all I need are normal, delicate and towels settings. It works great and is much quieter than expected. Made my own bases since the the LG bases are way overpriced. I do wish the load finished music was different between the washer and dryer so I would know which one is finished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just brought our second front load LG washer and dryer as we remodel our laundry room. The old ones still work fine after 16 years. The new washer is very good at balancing heavy loads with no load unbalanced load vibration at all
