Absolutely amazing washer! It’s is so quiet and works incredibly well! I love how it seems to know the exact amount of water to use for your laundry so there’s no waste! The soap dispenser to show me the max fill line is way less than what I’ve been using in my older washer and cleaned phenomenally well!! This is going to not only save me energy tremendously but soap money as well!! It’s a win-win and so sleek looking! Bonus that it got my king sized comforter perfect as well! Absolutely recommend!

I was skeptical with a front loader as I have never purchased a front loader before, but it exceeded all my expectations ! I Love it so much that I'm looking for more clothes to wash!!

We replaced a failing 15 year old Bosch washer with this LG washer. At the time, I asked our appliance repair person for a recommendation for a new one and he immediately said “LG” This LG washer has proven to be efficient and amazingly quiet, leaving our clothes very clean and barely damp. Excellent machine. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My LG washer works well. My only complaint is how long some of the loads take. My previous LG was around 55 min. per load. This one has gone sometimes to 70 min. so I use a perma press cycle that takes less time than a regular cycle might take. But all in all I like the washer and have no other complaints so far. I had to search online for a manual to explain how to use the control panel since it didn't come with any info on the control panel.

It has taken several calls for service of my new washer and the problem may not be resolved to my satisfaction. I used high efficiency Tide soap pods and the machine overflowed many times. I new use a HE liquid in smaller amounts and the overflow is not happening.
