We’ve had this washer about a month now. It cleans much more effectively than our previous top loader without agitator. We can do large loads and everything gets a great wash. I’ve even noticed our dryer dries faster now because of how wel the spin cycle works. Only complaint is that it’s slightly louder than our previous and the song it plays at the end goes on a bit too long for my taste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer to replace a 17 year old LG Tronn. I really liked the old washer, but love the new features of this washer such as the heavy duty cycle. It does a great job of cleaning my clothes; spins so well that my dryer time is less; and this washer is super quiet compared to my older one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about a month ago and absolutely love it!! I am able to wash bigger loads, and bedding that I previously had to take to my parents to wash. My old washer was 10+ years old so upgrading to this unit has been great!! I even noticed that my clothes are getting cleaner than with my old washer so that is definitely a plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dryer quit working, so I bought this LG dryer. My only complaint was that it took a month to get it, but that is understandable considering the covid virus that we are having. Otherwise, it is a great dryer so it was worth the wait.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 2nd LG washer we've bought in the last year (one for another property). They're easy to use, clean clothes well, and look great. My 4 stars are only because of an intermittent problem that the door won't lock shut. I haven't called for warranty service on that yet, still waiting to try and determine a pattern for when it happens.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I was surprised when we loaded and started the washer for the first time after it balanced the load it displayed a 2hr wash cycle timer, we both said dam and laughed at the same time about how long it was going to wash. Overall it's a great washer.

Best purchase of my year! My old washing machine kept overflowing, it wasn't getting smells out of my teens clothes, and there was only 1 setting it worked on. But I hate spending money so I put off buying a new one for over a year. I bought this washing machine after a ridiculous amount of research into what I wanted and needed. The reviews were good and the price was spot on. The only complaint I have is that I waited so long. This thing washes beautifully! It's stable, big enough to handle bulky bedding or an oversized load of towels and clothes come out smelling lovely. I don't have to used very much detergent and the water usage is a fraction of what I had been using for laundry. I very very happy and satisfied with this purchase - highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace a BravosXL top loader that lost the bearings several times. We're delighted with the ease of use and the gentleness of the washing leading to much less lint in the dryer trap. We've washed a comforter with good success although I don't think we'd try to wash more than the comforter at a time. The one nitpicky thing is the trays where you add detergent, bleach, etc. are a little confusing. It's not a problem as we're using the new detergent sheets which we just tear into a few smaller pieces and pop in the tub with the clothing - works fine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my last LG washer with this one. Only negative: length of wash cycle. regular wash 70minutes! Definitely longer than my older one. Speed wash 15min. I think it was 25 before. Makes more sense.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit along with a matching dryer about a month ago and I love it. It is very quiet, uses far less water than my previous machine and has a lot of features that lets you customize what you want to do with your particular load of clothes. Highly recommend it!
