The gate is difficult to use in stair access areas. The pressure screws aren't the strongest. Gate flexes when screws are adjusted too tight.

It arrived in an undamaged carton. Packed well. However it was bent and would not close. What good is a gate that won't close?

Bought this gate to keep puppy in kitchen. Very easy to put up, works great. Have it for a week,so far so good. Great value for money.

The only issue I have with the gate is that it is loud. This makes it hard to sneak in and out while baby is sleeping.
