We purchased the gates to keep pets from going into the front room. Set up was easy, seem sturdy. Cannot comment if they are suitable for children.

I can't begin to tell you how fine a product this is, and the excellent service I got with Walmart.com with my order................

Purchased two gates. Exactly as described and they work great for our 15 month old grandson. Also, they look nice and match our woodwork.

The gate only opens one way. Extensions need to be smaller. Hard to adjust screw braces at the floor level.

I have purchased one over 2yrs ago and I loved it. I plan on getting another once I come up with the money.

I did not notice that you have to step over the bottom of the gate to go through it. It was easy to install, but I do not like this feature.

Easy to set up and durable. Well made and instructions easy to follow for set up. Well worth the price. I am sure it will last for several years

This gate works just fine to keep my 14 month old in the living room. The only downside is that my 5 year old has a little trouble operating it.

The reason why I got this gate was to keep my dog in a room. It was perfect, the size and the height just the right size.

This gate is perfect! I use it to keep my grand-dog off my hardwood floors. The gate is Very sleek and classy, looks like it was always there.
