Put this gate up at the bottom of our stairs (to keep curious duo from climbing the steps) and my son took it down the first day. We placed it square in the area, secured the rubber anchors on all four corners as tight as they would go and they still bowed when the gate was bumped the least little bit. Plan to return and get a different gate.

The gate's pass through works exactly as I was hoping. It's easily opened one handed. The gate itself is very sturdy. It's simple to set it up and very easy to use. I'm very happy with this product. If I decide I need a second gate, I will definitely get this one again.

I bought for my Lab puppy dog who will take food off counters, tables and your plate while you are eating. I needed to find something to keep him out of the kitchen during meal prep and meal time. This gate has made my life so much easier. My puppy can still see in to the kitchen which makes him not feel isolated. The door works wonders for entering and exiting. The gate is very sturdy with just using the pressure knobs which is a relief as I did not want to create holes in my door frame. Please read the instructions very carefully from start to end before you start to assemble it. Also, the gap mentioned in the instructions where they say it is not a defect you will see once you put the gate together the gap will no longer exist. I am over the roof happy with this purchase and only wish I bought it sooner.

My 14 week old miniature Dachshund was able to get right through the uprights. After the first time she got through, I watched to see how she tilted her head, put her shoulder through first then the rest of her body. I was very glad she did not get hurt. The overall quality and value of the gather was good. I had no problems returning the gates at the store.

The gate we had was so difficult to use I would walk to the other end of our porch and down some stairs to the other exit to avoid the gate at our front stairs.After struggling with a standard baby gate for a month I saw this gate at my daughters home. She uses 4 of them to keep my granddaughter off the stairs and at the front door. I was impressed at how easy it was for even the other children to use and because of that they never left the gate open if they were going to only be a minute and then they would be back. It was so easy! Ordered it on line and and picked it up at the store. I love the easy lift latch! The lock feature makes it secure from my granchildren but its easy enough for an adult to use with one hand

The gate only swings one way and the latch is plastic. I don't think it will last. I was disappointed as I ordered one other one about two months ago and thought this was the same one. My mistake. The other gate swings both ways and the latch is metal. Much better.

Very easy to install. Serves the purpose perfectly. I purchased this gate for my maltese pup. She can't get thru but very easy for us to open and close. My granddaughter who is 4 also has no problem opening and closing. Extremely happy with my purchase. Would recommend!!!

We purchased this baby gate for the top of our stairs. It installed very quickly and works well. We did not screw it into the walls but just used the pressure mounting. It is very secure. It does take two hands to open and shut it and the opening isn't very wide but it is a great value.

This gate is awesome. Don't let the price fool you. Very well made. Strong and sturdy. Other than the gate latch it has an all steel frame and bars structure. Very easy hassle free installation. I have one small con. Gate opening is a little narrow with about a 1-1/2" step over at the bottom. But this is minor and workable for the quality and value of this product. I give this gate a big thumbs up.

I found that I needed something for my little to stay out the kitchen. and after trying several different gates i came across this one and have not regretted buying it at all.The gate was very easy to install and I have found it to be extremely sturdy. I would recommend this to any parent and well worth the money
