This gate is great. It’s easy to lock and unlock...your baby will figure out how to open it if the locking mechanism isn’t set, and it requires enough tension from above to open that would be difficult for a toddler to do. Also, very easy to install and no need for drilling was awesome.

great product easy to install, having the door is awesome. Using it for my Scottish Terrier and it works fine for his size, will not work with small breeds. Tried to purchase on Ebay and Amazon...when shipping added This is by far the best price found! Picking up at local store--was faster than shipping to my home...highly recommend this purchase.

Our dog tends to pee on the floor if he goes to our rooms, so we got this baby gate to keep him out of that area. The gate installed great with an electric drill and some accessories, and it’s a breeze to open and close (even if it’s a thousand times a day). It’s very light, but very strong. Plus I love not breaking my toe over a plywood barrier anymore!! I’d highly recommend this product.

This is an awesome gate. I had purchased this to keep my puppy from going to the second floor. It fits perfectly with the extension at the top of the stairs. In hindsight, I should've bought the wider opening gate since this one is a bit narrow, but you just have to be careful and also be mindful of the bottom part or you may trip. This is a design flaw, which in my opinion should be flat, but nevertheless, it is a great product for the price. They charge too much for gates at the pet stores, so if you want it black, buy a can of Rustoleum!

Great gate. Bought it for my daughter and her family to keep the little one off the stairs yet allow the older 6 yo to pass through to his bedroom..............worked out great! Thank you. Oh and I do so love the whole pick up idea at the store. It was waiting right there for me as promised.

This gate needs 2 hands to operate. It may be fine as a puppy gate but it is terrible to navigate with a sleeping baby.

This gate is very reasonably priced. It keeps my 2.5 yr old out of trouble. It is a little difficult to open and close and you need 2 hands to do it (can't do with my newborn baby in my arms). Very easy to install.

This is a great gate that met all of my expectations. I was skeptical since the price was on the low end but it works perfect and seems to be great quality. It's easy to use and install; we are very happy with this purchase.

This gate only opens one way! It was super easy to put together and uae the extension, but it didnt swing the correct way for me. it also required two hands, or one strong one (which I do not have), to open the gate.

The gate is extremely helpful and easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to make the door of the gate wider so adults don't have to squeeze or turn to their side as they go thru.
