I am in awe of how thick this pan is. It’s aluminum, but it’s so thick that if I crank it on high it will take 45-60 seconds before the bacon starts to sizzle. Holds heat exceptionally well for aluminum. I’m tossing all my thin cheat Walmart pans and replacing them with these. Already have the 8” & 12” and I’m picking up the 10” & 14” this Saturday maybe 2 10” and a 14” pan since I use that 10” a lot. Nice pans for the price.

This replaced my old expensive high end pan that was ruined when my husband used it on high heat, and I couldn't be more pleased with the way this commercial quality pan cooks. I also purchased the small-sized pan. Was surprised at how for nonstick it browns and crisps at a lower heat, totally had food slide out, and a breeze to clean. Only issue is heavier weight, but still able to handle the 12 inch pan (have had broken wrists). I did keep the glass lids from my old pans for when needed. Absolutely recommend this line of pans, wish I had purchased sooner.

This pan was warped out the box.

Pan has great non stick features but sits higher in middle. Pan gets distorted after using a couple months. Is this normal?

When I received these pans they were shipped from Tramontina directly. It seems to be the same as their red pro line just with a different handle. They have held up great and are about 1/3rd of the price. In my opinion they are a great value.

I was trying to get the stainless steel one like I have in a smaller version and accidentally ordered this one but it does seem to be doing better then I thought so I have decided to keep it.

It’s a beautiful non stick coating pan, very pleased. I think it would be a much better product if it were a little bit deeper. It’s a little shallow for the diameter. The 12 inch lid I’ve always used fits just right, I was glad about that!!!

I really cant see myself buying any other brans of pan. These are super high rated all over in independent comparison tests, and the price is so low it makes you doubt the pan could be this good. Could not be happier with these pans
