While this product is of commercial quality, I would not recommend it if you have a glass top range. You can't imagine how mad I was the first time I used it on my brand new Amana range only to find out the aluminum bottom scratches the glass. Buyer beware!

Good cookware. It will warp just like other's. Do not put in water while hot

It's a frying pan. Can't get too excited about it. It does the job.

I have only used it once: it performed as advertised. Hope it will continue.

Scratches on pan two weeks later

Great frying pan! Have been buying them for years (they last for years, but I do replace them after about 5-6 years, as the surface sometimes gets scratched by a utensil). Since they are so economical, I don't feel bad about throwing them away! I've had $100 frying pans that I hated but can't put them in the trash because of the price I paid.

This replaced my old expensive high end pan that was ruined when my husband used it on high heat, and I couldn't be more pleased with the way this commercial quality pan cooks. I also purchased the small-sized pan. Was surprised at how for nonstick it browns and crisps at a lower heat, totally had food slide out, and a breeze to clean. Only issue is heavier weight, but still able to handle the 12 inch pan (have had broken wrists). I did keep the glass lids from my old pans for when needed. Absolutely recommend this line of pans, wish I had purchased sooner.

I am in awe of how thick this pan is. It’s aluminum, but it’s so thick that if I crank it on high it will take 45-60 seconds before the bacon starts to sizzle. Holds heat exceptionally well for aluminum. I’m tossing all my thin cheat Walmart pans and replacing them with these. Already have the 8” & 12” and I’m picking up the 10” & 14” this Saturday maybe 2 10” and a 14” pan since I use that 10” a lot. Nice pans for the price.
