Just delicious white cheddar with a great texture and bite. I love slicing it and making a snack plate with olives, nuts, and crackers or pretzel chips.

Tried another sharp cheddar when this was out of stock and there was no comparison. This is so good, get upset and complain when this is not in stock.

Black diamond cheese is the best ever. My true favorite is the 2.5 year which costs 24 a pound in Frankenmuth and about 13 a pound in Detroit. So to get 4 year for under 10 is a treat.
