The BEST cheese by far! Try it with a glass of cabernet! LOVE!

I have been a fan of Black Diamond Private Reserve Cheddar for years. Flavor is savory and creamy as you'd expect from aged cheddar, but the cheese does not fall apart like some others. It is my favorite for anything demanding the rich, deep flavor of fine cheddar. It used to be carried all the time at my Sam's, but now is available only by special order. I'm just happy I can still get it!

Amazing cheese. Sam's Club NEEDS to bring this SKU back! it's been 5 years since I've found this product in a Sam's.... and it's quite disappointing that Sam's discontinued selling this amazing cheese.

Excellent for the price. Has the little crystallized crunchy bits that are so satisfying to bite into. Very sharp but still creamy and easy to eat. I would not expect this to melt well on its own; if you’re using it in cooking it would probably work better as part of a blend. Would be a good addition to a cheese board.

We haven't been able to find this incredible cheese at Sam's for years now. Canada makes it, but for some reason Sam's no longer sells it here. They sell it in their clubs in northwestern New York but not here. VERY disappointing. It's the best extra sharp cheese we've ever had and miss it a lot.

This is the product that keeps me coming back to the long aisles of Sam's Club, even at the end of a weary day. There are many fine cheddars, even fine OLD cheddars, but this is the best-in-show. Canadian white cheddar with just the right tanks for savoring.

The best cheese! Please don’t stop selling this!
