This is the best Sharp cheese and especially when eaten warm. I cant seem it in the house as nephew takes the refrigerator every time he comes to see if I have any. If I have two he takes one home with him.

I have experience in the cheese industry and this is a bit more bitter than I was hoping. Yes, it’s aged sharp cheddar, but there’s a better balance that you can maintain. Still decent, just not top tier cheddar

Excellent for the price. Has the little crystallized crunchy bits that are so satisfying to bite into. Very sharp but still creamy and easy to eat. I would not expect this to melt well on its own; if you’re using it in cooking it would probably work better as part of a blend. Would be a good addition to a cheese board.

This is the product that keeps me coming back to the long aisles of Sam's Club, even at the end of a weary day. There are many fine cheddars, even fine OLD cheddars, but this is the best-in-show. Canadian white cheddar with just the right tanks for savoring.

We haven't been able to find this incredible cheese at Sam's for years now. Canada makes it, but for some reason Sam's no longer sells it here. They sell it in their clubs in northwestern New York but not here. VERY disappointing. It's the best extra sharp cheese we've ever had and miss it a lot.

Fantastic cheese. Just wish it was carried at every Sam's club.
