I love this cheddar. It's aged dry and full of flavor. Pairs perfectly with fruit a toasted bagel or on top of a salad. Versatile to enjoy with every meal and snacking.

I have experience in the cheese industry and this is a bit more bitter than I was hoping. Yes, it’s aged sharp cheddar, but there’s a better balance that you can maintain. Still decent, just not top tier cheddar

This is the best Sharp cheese and especially when eaten warm. I cant seem it in the house as nephew takes the refrigerator every time he comes to see if I have any. If I have two he takes one home with him.

This is worth my frequent stops to Sam's. Often the store is out of stock and I will make another trip to purchase. I wish the cheese was more readily available!!

Very sharp and tasty and will slice with cheese slicer with some crumbs – hold firmly. Use just a thin slice on crackers for all the sharp cheddar taste you want. Expensive but worth the price – you will eat less with the thin slicing. This is the sharpest cheddar available and is the cheese of choice from now on.

My family is so fond of this cheese that I have to keep it on hand at all times. When you crave a bite of cheese, this is what you want. However, the last time I was at Sam's they were sold out. I had to get something else similar which wasn't nearly as good, but it was half the price. Hope I can get Black Diamond next time I go shopping. It's expensive, but worth every penny.
