Good Product
Bought this in Dec 2019 and finally got it installed. Once all the wires were ran in the attic and down the wall the rest was very easy to set up. I think the pictures the cameras catch are pretty darn good. I'm still going through the learning process on how to use all the features and use them properly but I would buy this again and I would recommend it to anyone else.

really nice camera system
just installed 2 days ago to replace existing defender wireless system. picture quality is excellent. install wasnt too bad. just make sure when you pull the cable for the camera that you pull the right end to where your dvr is otherwise you will end up having to re-run a wire like we did. all in all a really great system. only downside I have found is that the field of view is narrower than our wireless systems was. not really a drawback but gives us less coverage of some areas.

Great cameras
I have recently just bought the Defender 4K wired product. It is a breeze to put together. My installation took time because of the house and the weather. The product has great vision day or night. I have set up the apps on the phones and I am using them daily. The only thing I would like changed on the phone app. There should be a fast forwarding to view the playback feature. Outside of that I would give the cameras a 10 out of 10. Great price and I would highly recommend them. You will not find a better deal for your cash! Thanks Dave

Everything you need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This system is absolutely great. It has everything you need to monitor your home. You have four cameras that provide beautiful color 4K pictures, and they are weather resistant. It has a DVR to save your video footage for review. You can also check remotely from an app on your phone. I was really impressed that an HDMI cable was included so that I could hook the system right up to my TV to view. There is no monthly cost for monitoring and I see no need for a contract security service. There is even a window decal to announce that your home is protected. I highly recommend this complete, affordable system for everyone.

Great other than poor functionality & usability
Support is very helpful, quality is good, setup/usability so-so. However if I knew they stopped supporting the web user interface I would not have purchased it and I will not recommend it to anyone I know. It's easy to support at least one browser so you might consider hiring someone with the right technical skill set. I'm very let down and it looks to me like you're settling for "Good Enough" (check your core values)
Amazing System - Great Value
Bought this May29 2020. The quality is great. The camera resolution is fantastic, day or night. The software is feature rich, has many options. The mobile app is what pushes this over the value limit, being able to monitor or playback remotely. I chose the hard wired system, because regardless of whether the internet is up or down, this unit is always recording. I recommend this to anyone looking for a security system.

Great system!

It also comes with everything needed to get it installed and running, aside from tools of course. The overall picture is great day or night, and I love that it is wide view so you just need one camera to see more. Connecting the app was also simple with the walk through instructions. This is definitely a high quality, well made security system. I would definitely recommend it. I love knowing my family and house is secure and can be easily monitored.

Love this system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the camera system! My husband mounted them up but has them turned the wrong way so he will going back to fix those! The image quality is amazing. Even when you zoom in, it still looks good. We used a monitor to hook these up to. The setup was extremely easily. Everything is pretty self explanatory. We would definitely recommend this to anyone needing security cameras.

Great Picture Quality Camera - Easy to Insall

The wires are long enough and easy enough install in the desired spots around my multi-level home. I found that installing this system was very easy. I got the 4k 4 camera system for x mas and installed the cameras on the four corners of the house watching our house and vehicles. Took me about 3 hrs by myself to fish the wires through the attic and down the wall to the living room tv but the system is well worth the money and has great quality.
