Straight out of the box the DVR was not working and they continuously kept implying I must of connected something wrong and after proving to them numerous times it was the dvr that was not functional they finally replaced it for me but I also had trouble with my 4 camera it doesn’t work either I’ve checked the ports the cable everything even the camera settings as they instructed  works as it should it’s simply the camera it self that isn’t functioning and they still haven’t replaced it for me they continue giving me a hard time I’ve sent them pictures of everything being connected correctly and everything and they’ll take days to answer me back with an other excuse horrible product I DO NOT!!!!!!! Recommend I suggest purchasing either Swann or Night Owl cameras I have installed several of those systems and they haven’t given me any problems what so ever so please do not waist your time or hard earned money on this worthless system

Horrible product

They were easy to install, except for crawling to the edge of the rafters on our porch.  It would be better if they used 100 foot cables instead of just 60 foot.  They were cheap to order, but 100 foot would probably be a better fit for bigger houses like ours.  The clarity is superb and great for loading to our phones.  Just wish we could stream on our computer, as well.
