Support is very helpful, quality is good, setup/usability so-so. However if I knew they stopped supporting the web user interface I would not have purchased it and I will not recommend it to anyone I know. It's easy to support at least one browser so you might consider hiring someone with the right technical skill set. I'm very let down and it looks to me like you're settling for "Good Enough" (check your core values)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The system has a good picture. I wish there was an audio option. It would be easier if the cables were longer too. Took a bit to get it set up but in the end I am happy with the way it all works. It’s much better than my previous set up.

The video is excellent , the app is free, the set up was a breeze. Now I could ramble on but I'll get to the point , I am older and the menu took a while for me to figure out but I am learning it and their are so many options to personalize the system to your liking ! The app is good and there are no fees. Really impressed by the night vision , it is much better than I thought it would be. I bought this wired sytem and because I had good access to my attic and eves, with a little planning it was easy to set up , your mileage may vary. recommend, heck yes !

I bought this product about 2 months ago and it is wonderful, safe, easy to install and most of all I like how they provide adapters in order to spread my cameras around the house. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to install cameras all around your home. The representatives are also very polite and willing to resolve your problem and/or questions.

Ordered on a Thursday arrived on Friday system was just plug in and play very simple the App took 1 minute to download and start using after scanning barcode . The picture quality is amazing and very clear the night vision is good you can make out enough to identify people. The view when hooked up to our 4k TV is incredible I would highly recommend this product for home or business security. You cant beat the price for the quality you receive.

Bought these cameras a month ago because I was tired of dealing with problems with my Lorex cameras. Lorex has terrible customer service and questionable quality with their products. Anyway, setup with these cameras was easy. Had a couple of problems with the remote viewing on the app, but they were fixed with minimal effort. The video clarity from these cameras is tremendous. My Lorex wireless cameras are 2MP, and these cameras blow them out of the water. I needed to be able to read car license plates from a gate camera about 30 feet away, these cameras can handle that task easily. Quality cameras, great value security system.

I am 62 years young and installed the system. The installation and DVR set up was easy to follow. Like anything new you must figure out the navigation of the menus and I found this easy once understood. The image quality in HD mode is outstanding and the field of view is good. I can see what I want. I am using the phone app to view and it seems to be fine.

Just purchased this camera. Camera recorded two people removing items from my yard. Footage is so clear that I have been able with the help of facebook to identify suspects. Their tats, face, clothes, shoes - so clear was able to match with their facebook postings. Waiting on cops so the process can be started to charge them. I did not install myself but it did not take very long for cameras to be installed. I would purchase this system again.

We bought this unit to monitor our goat barn. So far we have 6 of the cameras connected; the last two will go to monitor the garage door and our side entry door; It was a task to run the wires so they are concealed but activating the dvr was relatively simple. We were surprised on the clarity and sharpness of the pictures; The night vision is remarkable. After other reviews and some mentioned camera failure, I was concerned when one camera started flickering and went out within the first few hours. I removed the connection and reconnected making sure good contact; Has been fine since; We are very happy with it so far. I can not attest to the dependability since we've had it only one week.

I purchased these cameras due to the 4K I will say the wide angle is good the clarity of these cameras are much better plus when you have the cameras on the phone app you can view regular then goto HD which enhances the clarity plus you can zoom in on a spot which give better detail. I will say they quality is there. I personally don't like the red dot the camera has that you see at night. I prefer no sign that the camera is on. The mounting is very good with adjustments you can get these cameras under the soffit to keep them out of the sun which is my benefit so you can still have the camera level. I don't understand all the features which there are several that I don't use. I do enjoy the app on the phone. The set up isn't bad I had to call for support since I messed up the setup you need to follow each step exactly or they wont work. I like the playback feature you just need to watch the speed your play back you can miss some activity if your going too fast. overall the quality is great daily operation great value not bad for what you get
