Samsung Bespoke  2.1 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Microwave

Installed a month ago and it has completely died. Can’t submit a fix request without getting an error. Absolutely terrible.

Nice microwave

Nice and Easy

I have no idea if this microwave is good or bad.  Sam's Club uses RXO for delivery and installation.  If you buy anything that uses this terrible company, don't walk away, RUN!

RXO sent text for Mon delivery, no one showed.  No text, email or call to inform you.  Came Wed, damaged cabinet and caused big rip on my kitchen floor, Manhandled the existing microwave and bent a bolt and they were unable to remove it.  Scheduled installation for Sat morning, confirmed on Fri at 9PM.  No show again.  no text, no call and no email.  So product is still in box.
 
Many apologies, promised to help, promise to call back.  LIES.  Failed in promises, no callbacks,  Have to call myself and take 30 minutes (at least) each time to get someone who then say they can't do anything.  

I partly blame Sam's Club as other reviews mention how bad the 3rd party vendors they use are, yet these issues persist.  Sam's Club execs need to get off their butts and hire decent vendors if they do not create their own delivery and installation service

HORRIBLE DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this microwave. I old microwave head very dim numbers and letters so it was very hard to set. This one has a very bright, easy touch control panel that hides everything but the clock after a few minutes. It is deep with a good size carousel. It has great cooking options that you will have to experiment with. Overall, a great upgrade at a reasonable price. You get a lot cleaner look with the big glass door in the hidden controls. No regrets at all.
