Great heating and defrosting functions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never owned a Samsung Microwave before but since I have a pretty sizable Samsung infrastructure I decided to go for it. So far I've been impressed with the heating ability and d the defrost by weight seems pretty spot on. The only head scratcher I have is the soften butter open takes about 5 cycles to start softening the butter. Overall I would definitely buy again

Bespoke for the win 🏆

Great Microwave

Display going bad

I purchased this microwave in December 2023. It is now May 2026 and the LED display is starting to go out. There are digits missing from the display, so it's difficult to tell the time on the clock/timer. In the photo you can see the time should be 7:25.

No time/Screen/buttons turn off

The microwave looks very nice. However it is extremely irritating! The buttons and the time will turn completely off and when you go to “wake it up” you have to 1, try to search for where the button is at because it’s dark, and 2, constantly push buttons repeatedly for it to turn back on. Why would you make a microwave that the time AND buttons disappear?! How DUMB!!

Do not Buy.

This is the worst microwave I ever had, broke once just before warranty was expired, thought lucky. But broke again after warranty. So it worked only 18 months or less. My previous microwave lasted for more than 12 years.
